Drivers always think the company is rolling in the dough. They don't see how much it costs to run a trucking company, including the tremendous liability.
@@dudemorris7769 Exactly! I work for and with my sister on different contracts and I never get any push back. Over 20 years ago we started out with triple of what minimum wage was her contracts have increased and so has our pay. She been had the same team for over 20+ years.
Not always. I started my trucking business 2 years ago and was working at UPS because I wanted to see how it went before quitting a job so I hired someone never was reliable I went through 3 guys in a year. Hired my cousin and business took off cause he was ready to hit that road and make money. Business so good I quit my job at UPS and bought a truck and started taking loads. Now I have 2 cousins and an uncle working for me and the business is so good I no longer drive. I just make the routes for them. All family ain’t bad family mine go out and work so hard that I’m basically retired at 31.
As a ex truck driver looks to me like the pallets were not properly loaded. Also the customers still have to pay for the delivery, I see damage from the image but it's one box, the customer has to prove that one box is worth $1500 and that the product is actually damaged, I mean accidents happen, usually these are settled between parties or you make a claim on your cargo insurance.
The box being damaged does not mean that the product inside it is damaged, nor does the box being intact mean that the product inside it is intact. Probabilistically, there is the possibility that in all these boxes, the only one in which the product is intact is the one in the damaged box.
Defendant kind of goodlooking. At first I thought there was an attitude problem, but I guess he's just angry. My mind changed the direction it was heading in when I saw the pictures, just like Judge Judy's. Let's see how this goes.
OK thanks. Underneath my original comment, it says "3 Replies" instead of 2; and before I said I hate not seeing anything, it said "1 Reply". @@carmenblk440
I have seen plenty of lawsuits on here involving siblings, but since you ask most people have more cousins than they do siblings so the likelihood increases.

Breakin' my heart
Working with family, or even working FOR a family-owned business, is just insanity...
Not necessarily. There are a lot of great generational owned and operated businesses.
Says who?? Been in family business over 150 years it’s been. Generation after generation & wealth built for the entire family.

Family shouldn’t go into business together.
For some families this is not a good idea. My husband and I learned within a year to never go into a business with family again.
My sisters and I have multiple businesses we would like to build! But we gon have thorough contracts!
@@KenyanBunniegood luck!
Love your profile pic. Where’d you find it? I can never find black (or person of color lol) Powerpuff Girls profile pics!
It can work if everyone is on the same wavelength.
I was a truck dispatcher and I can tell from the pictures that load was not secured correctly 😒
"It looks to me like you weren't a very good deliverer!!"
As a manager who receives inventory it is a pain to wait on a order then have to refuse 🥴🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ curious on how this case plays out
