I felt the exact same with Illit's Magnetic. On first listen, it definitely sounded like a song that would play in a shopping centre. I understand where people came from: it's definitely for Tiktok and has this corporate feel to it but I cannot stop replaying.
For illit I think I would’ve liked them if I was allowed to enjoy the song in my own time. However, since its released it keeps being played on Spotify even when I’m not playing similar music. I’m not bothered whenever it’s on TikTok or TH-cam shorts bc a. It’s not a full song and b. It’s easy to skip. But as someone with a free Spotify plan, you really just have to suffer
I personally liked the rap section in eenie meenie probably Hongjoongs best rap ever. I would just like to why you didn’t like it. No hostility I’m just curious to hear your opinion.
@@seulgikeayeah the nasal tone doesn’t really do it for me, especially when Chung Ha herself has such a rich and clear voice,,, interrupting that with a really nasal, borderline whiny rap just doesn’t sound right
I dont understand the Young Posse review. Do kpop groups not allowed to do rap songs? I dont think its a parody considering the lyrics of ROTY is all about their stories and journey, written by themselves. ps: I was thinking more of Trippie Redd when i heard Scars and my least fav track from that EP is DND
Wish You Hell is one of those releases where the EP is let down by the need for a catchy title track. Good b-sides. Kinda whatever TT that they can turn into a tiktok challenge. Can we don’t. It’s Wendy, you don’t have to be that desperate to promote one of the best and most appreciated vocalists in the industry.
Sooo many title tracks are misses when the promoted b-side is just so much better. I noticed it last summer with nmixx Rollercoaster vs Party O'Clock.... I don't know how that decision was made. I could list so many other comebacks that just pushed the better song to the side which baffles me
FINE, I will check out Purple Kiss. They went from my #2 most listened artist two years in a row to non-existent on my playlist, because 7Heaven and BBB are terrible 😭
@@seulgikea really very forgetful how sad.☹.but its ok i thinks its not your cup of tea and since 7 of the members r teens only 1 is 24 yrs old.i think their music is made to be age appropriate for them.. thank you!
@@seulgikea yes i agree coz they cant perform songs and project image that is not age appropriate,to them atleast this will be their stepping stone to hone their skills.. they have 2 and half years to do it.. the 13 will be 15 yrs old 14 will be 16 and 16 will be 18..
you guys i said and discussed breakbeat during stayc's fancy cover thinking it was likey... fancy does NOT have breakbeat production, my bad 😭

yup😭
the way its blowing up is reminding me of cupid and supershy and songs like that
Bless you for dropping a 26 min long monthly kpop review with actual commentary.
I really understand your explanations as well. Bless!
❤❤❤ thank you so much

@@seulgikea I’m sorry I can’t even hate on illit for it but my god I think I’ll lose it if I hear it again
Young Posses album is 👌🏼

his tone specifically on eenie meenie, i think basically every rapper who uses this type of voice, it rarely works (for me)
@@seulgikeayeah the nasal tone doesn’t really do it for me, especially when Chung Ha herself has such a rich and clear voice,,, interrupting that with a really nasal, borderline whiny rap just doesn’t sound right
his flow was CRAAZY

i liked this video a lot !
thank you so much!😊
Hey what do you think of kiss of life?
i love midas touch!!!

JDJSFHJH BBB is cute ntm
@@seulgikea I just really dislike the chorus. The fact that they reuse Dosie's scenes makes it worse :
How about unis?
you know what.. i discovered them after uploading this video and i think their debut could be better, because it's pretty forgettable

yeah the age gap is kinda crazydshfhdsfg and i think that's affecting the music they're making

i think if UNIS debuted with dopamine they would have gotten way more fans tbh
Young pozze ? 😭
i prefer wendy singing ballads
me too, or maybe some real 90s early 2000s r&b
@@seulgikea yeah like in Kingdom Come or Automatic. even in her solo album, the song 'Why Can't You Just Love Me', her tone fitted so well
so trueeee i love why cant u just love me
