I was looking for some advice. For PSW, although I have never crossed 20 hours per week. There were a couple of discrepancies where they recorded fewer hours in a month and adjusted them in the next month. I have got the email chain of me notifying them about this issue. Due to this, in that month, then I crossed 80 hours a month. However across my total time working, that limit hasn't been crossed. Would this be a problem for PSW, like should I get a letter of confirmation from them that this was their mistake?
To apply only --> TB Test and Police Clearance Certificate is required ??? or when you got selected then these documents are required ??

Helo bhai I m from delhi plz help me i got skilled work visa applications refused because my consultant put the normal ielts but they mention in letter need ukvi ielts gt test score and take the review with 28 days but I want reapply my visa application with documents and put the ukvi ielts test may I put the same cos letter once again because all documents meet the tier 2 visa requirements

Yes, we can able to convert if we found a visa sponsor job and just in case if we don't find any within 2 years then there is no extension we need to come back to India once 2 years completes.
