I agree with your comment on the word “man” it’s all semantics , no need to argue about these details we know what u mean

I love the fact that you love art while simultaneously you don't hate men

Just wanted to say as someone who's in a stem field but have always had more of an interest in art and design I have been loving your videos! And I totally resonate with your usage of the word "man" to refer to any human, how I always thought of it as well. Can't wait to see more videos from you!

Beauty intelligence and an artistic perspective such as yours is a dangerous combo 😮

Brilliant commentary on Diego! I was fortunate to live in (mainly rural) Mexico for 5 yrs, and saw many Diego murals (and Frida paintings) during that time. I saw others along the ameriKan West coast, including TheHandsOfDrMoore... My main reaction at the time was how much this work reminded me of Frida's own work, but didn't know the details you've provided here; thanx!
I think that they'd both be comfortable using the term "man" in an inclusive manner, to cover all of humanity...

I'm so glad I found your channel. Your insight and appreciation of art rival that of the late Sister Wendy. Please keep up the good work 👏🏾

I'd like to be at the party where Ansel Adams and Diego and Frida are hanging out

he depicts the doctor cutting a root, which does only harm for the tree. it is not being pruned.

Hmmmm... as a man I find that the, "man" umbrealla term disincludes women unfitting given their huge role in society, including that of giving birth to men.
Given that woman includes both (wo/man) it would be more apt to use, eh?
I particularly find this interesting when studying certain religious texts and prayers where *man* is prayed for as a catchall as though those reciting prayers were not including women in their devotion.
It wasn't always that way but changed and can be seen as having been changed with female deities in various religions being demoted or even turned into male deities to cover for the socially accepted mistreatment of women in various places, keeping their role invisible.
Any change that helps prompt broader social change in various societies away from imbalanced perspectives should be welcomed IMO 🙂🙂🙂
    Love your channel ❤❤❤

As an art ignoramus, a few observations.
I think the leg amputation premonition is a stretch.
I don't think you mentioned the female like torso of the tree of life...albeit one breasted. Maybe trying to encompass both sexes?
Is it a surgical incision or a vagina?
Rivera is proof beautiful women don't much care what a bloke looks like.
You share a passing resemblance to Kahlo...Did Diego foresee you would analyse one of his paintings? (sorry couldn't help myself)
Good on you for spelling out how the English language works.
