If I have a image have smaller letter why some letter cut n some don’t what am I doing wrong ?

Need to make sure with all font that you were going up to type and then down to create outline sometimes fonts will have some overlapping going on inside of them. If they do, this just unite them all together, and the overlapping should go away.

When I select my graphics, the create outline is not showing for me. It’s not usable, what am I doing wrong
