I can’t understand why the owners of many cars that know someone is coming to take it away hasn’t made it ready for collection . Many have the cars buried under rubbish or boxes and items in front of it. No forward thinking

Because there's nowhere to put those things until the car goes away. I know because I have a car covered in boxes myself.
