Absolutely loved these conversations, what I carry with me after listening, is most of all the focus on RELATIONSHIP and EXPERIENCE. Both act like a touchstone, by which we can examine our individual journey.
could it be that some believers that have “gone off” into christ consciousness, that we have supposed have left the centrality of jesus, have actually experienced him in a context that isn’t recognized?
My understanding is Christ is The Door! If they are believers I don't think they would be able to wonder off totally. But it is possible their experience with Christ could be different than the norm. But Christ the person is the Door. I I don't believe we will just stumbling across him in any type of spiritual activity without consciously accepting the fact He is the way, the truth and the life. Without that we are opening up to all types of deception.
@@freestyleprophet there is a lot to be said for unknowing here. i’ve personally had various encounters where the lord was leading me and i didn’t have a reference for it… let alone a chapter and verse. there are definitely precautions to not entertain the occult. but i’ve found the rigidity of fundamentalism has a lot of people walking on eggshells about stuff the lord is actually opening up. so sure jesus is the door but our demand for certainty can keep us waffling at the threshold.
I found mostly religious people react in the mode of none-like-us-phobia because they are so addicted to the system they in but when they met someone who think differently they rush to call scary names! I found kinda important to stay away from old language that describes the truth because archaic language works for satan when it is easy to twist the meaning of the words! I met lady who grew up in Pentecostal church but she constantly say how she hates Christians dancing in the church even for God. She careless that even David danced before God! I don’t know why she so scared Charismatics but I see her Christianity is not about relationships with Father but rather strict traditions. So, I believe we have more problems with religion than with those who are too new agy
