Maybe you can do a rope day with some of the greatest athletes from several sports- boxing, mma, basketball etc. because there are a lot of newcomers who are getting way more attention due to social media and they are intermediate at best. More power to you and thanks for all the health benefits. I've used your DVD as well but the truth is I just stick with the basics and it's way better than anything else.
