I've just bought a Yamaha mt125 after a good few years of saving up, cant wait to get it on the road! . I'm from London but left a long time ago, I've got to say you're the first person that's managed to get me to miss the place! Dusk looked superb in the big smoke.
More content like this please. I'm doing my CBT again on Friday as it expires next month. I did a DAS course but failed the mod 1. I'm an old fart thought so expect you will pass first time. Let me live my life vicariously through you.
Great video Bro! I've ridden one of these before and it's a comfortable choice over the yzf 125 not as leaned over all so just be careful when posting videos with your Speedo in it and going over the speed limit what is a joke at 20MPH
Brought back happy memories of my 125. I'd just go for evening/night rides around South/Southeast London, occasionally over the river. Thanks for sharing the experience.
8:23 Stunning night time vision of London. A video containing similar would be welcome. You appear very confident riding the bike and plenty of shoulder checks so the licence test shouldn't be a concern. Enjoyed.
Still remember the feeling I got when I opened up a 600cc for the first time going up a slip road when doing my DAS course after having only ridden 125's - Enjoy it brotha, it's awesome fun!
Not ridden a motorbike in years, but remember that feeling of freedom and exhilaration well. Nice to see you relaxing for a change, instead of working 😂👍🏼
oh i love the the puresound of ur muffler that is so satisfying. maybe another channel riding around showing the country , just pure sound of ur bike. more power bro all the way here in the Philippines.
I lived in London late 1980's - mid 90s and visited with my kids in 2018. Still a beautiful city but the decline in some ways (aggression displayed by people in public spaces) was very noticeable.
That is the difference. Sometimes you just want to ride a bike for the sake of it. It is the journey, not the destination. Can't say for me personally that would ever have been around London. Have ridden in many times to go somewhere specific. But to go for a blast. Definitely out in the country. Bikes divide people. They are a love hate option. As a lover it is about your engagement with your surroundings. You become a moving part of the environment. In a car with the heater on. Music going. Sitting comfortably in a tin box. Certainly at slow speeds I switch off. Could be anywhere. On a bike your awareness is your preservation.
many years ago, early 80's when I was 17, within 3months I had taken my driving test, Bike test and my RAC/ACU Bike test and that was on a 250cc on L plates
I have no personal knowledge of this, but I have been told by a friend who did the HGV test. If you pass the HGV test in an automatic lorry, you are entitled to drive a manual one afterwards. That's crazy, those things have like 16 gears or something!
@@this_is_a_tiny_town it goes off your car licence if you pass on a automatic legally your only entitled to drive automatics until you pass a manual test. The chances of getting done for it are very slim but legally pass on a auto only entitled to drive auto much better to just learn manual then you can drive what you want it's worth learning
Enjoy these smaller ones. While the large bikes are fun if you open up, they do loose some of the agility of the smaller ones. Which is why I'm having my big Tenere, but also a smaller 125 Yamaha to ride around town or for small distance drives.
I always look forward to watching your delivery video. Let me ask you one question. What is the most popular motorbike among delivery persons in London? It seems there are so many delivery persons who like NMAX, PCX in your video. I am an UberEats delivery person in Japan. I ride HONDA ADV150 though.
Yo, I live in Bath, maybe the grass is green on the other side bro... we have alot of stuff happening recently too, just saying, next time you come i hope you leave with whatever vehicle you bring 😂😂 Like yeah it is a really nice place, but these things happen in anywhere built up, especially with the Covid kids, now coming out in the world at 16-18... after lockdowns and everything, thats what i blame it on anyway I'm rambling, love the videos as always ♥
To be honest, you seriously don't need a bigger bike down the smoke. It's a bit like having an RPG in a house (unnecessary). If you planning moving to the Italian riviera then.. YES get a 500. Ps: love your uploads. Respek😊
Nice ride brov , can you tell me how much cost to run this bike in london like MOT , GAS insurance etc. Because I wanna get a bike but I don't know if I should get the electric bike or gas bike
Combustion engines rock. I love electric bikes but the sound of petrol engines coming on cam is as good as sex. Pass your test , get a 400 and bring it up to Somerset to have some fun 😅
Did it feel natural mate getting on a manual bike? I'm like you I've started on a electric motorbike and they are automatic but I also want to get a petrol motorbike for longer distance rides etc. Just don't know how I would get on with a manual lol but I feel like I'm over thinking it.
Hey @londoneats as you have this bike and the niu bike does that mean you have to pay 2 different insurance or can 1 insurance cover the bike and the niu?
5:33 You wanna talk crazy? In the states, there aren't tiered licensees. You can literally get your license and buy anything you want, and ride it legally, day one. Know a guy who literally bought a honda fireblade the same day he got his endorsement..... which if anyone reading doesnt know... thats a 1000CC bike..... hes still alive... somehow.
Go blackheath teahut make some bike mates and borrow a big bike and do mod one yourself for £15 just make sure you get a bike with working abs and the owner rides it to the test

125s are great around town, even if you're on a full A license
Brilliant! Love the video. Thank you. I lived in London for 33 years grew up there too, now I live in Italy.
I had the pleasure of visiting Bath last September during the Jane Austen festival. It was a dream come true!!
Is that the only bath you’re going to have?

Hey there. Love your videos. Unfortunately I’m not in the UK, but if you’re ever in Austria, you can definitely have a go on my MT07
Nice video! Very fun ride
Used to do the same in 1983/4 on my Kawasaki KE100 after finishing work early on a Friday used to go riding all around north London
Love it. I’ve got an e-bike but I just adore my motorcycle.
Come deliver in Exeter Devon, I'll buy you a drink if you do

I was like - when is he gonna get an order? lol ok. Cool ride. Love the content!!
Oh my god you reminded me how darn loud gas engines are!
Good alternative content. Well done!

Yamaha, Rev's your ♥️
Hrd vid as always.
Looked like a nice night 👍🏻👍🏻
You should take it to open roads and not stuck in city traffic. That would be an amazing video
Love the sound of the bike

Hi Bath is my favourite city stayed many years there visiting it’s just beautiful. I live in Chester it’s also a lovely city. Bath is just so relaxing
Miss riding around london on my 2stroke 125 now that was fun
0:38 man with dog: 👀 Rev it up 😅ha
1:20 so u not gonna act like u didnt just see that yellow urus drive past u😂
Just had my road legal talaria stolen on Sunday which felt amazing.... been looking at a duke 125 or the Mt but I can't warrant nearly 5k for the Mt
Do you have any videos of delivering to or riding past Trellick Tower? Love that building
There are quite a few 125s that are good for a first bike, for me it would be the XSR 125 , GSX-S 125 or a Mutt.

Very good video, but the electric scooter makes the videos more relaxing to watch, because there is less noise

Brother your jacket is wicked would love a link great video too😊
Would you ever consider doing a shift in Norwich?
I know you might find this odd but...
it is better to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow. All the best for you 👍
Tunes city skyline what’s not to like 👍
Engine sounds awesome
You just can't beat the noise that a combustion engine makes.
Getting my full licence next week, been looking at bikes but my god, even for a 600 the insurance cost is insane!
How much?
I'm curious.
Sounds great 👍
Hi LE
Yup you blown the cobwebs away with that blast yup been out on my nu to do the samething 😁😁😁
Please make more videos of you just crusing around
To be honest, you seriously don't need a bigger bike down the smoke. It's a bit like having an RPG in a house (unnecessary). If you planning moving to the Italian riviera then.. YES get a 500. Ps: love your uploads. Respek😊

what exhuast is on it, sounds amazing
Nice ride brov , can you tell me how much cost to run this bike in london like MOT , GAS insurance etc. Because I wanna get a bike but I don't know if I should get the electric bike or gas bike
Big bikes are more fun out of town . 125 is OK for busy traffic
Love the Speed
Can I get an outro song ID please
What make is the 360 camera that you use on your bikes for video.
Combustion engines rock. I love electric bikes but the sound of petrol engines coming on cam is as good as sex. Pass your test , get a 400 and bring it up to Somerset to have some fun 😅
can you please do a review of the The Himiway A7 Pro
COME TO AMSTERDAAAMMM

Come deliver in Plymouth 😊
08:27 song?
Hey @londoneats as you have this bike and the niu bike does that mean you have to pay 2 different insurance or can 1 insurance cover the bike and the niu?
Hey, I got 2 separate policies for the bikes as I don’t use the Yamaha for deliveries

Know a guy who literally bought a honda fireblade the same day he got his endorsement..... which if anyone reading doesnt know... thats a 1000CC bike..... hes still alive... somehow.
Please put the stock exhaust back on
Don't have the stock exhaust and plus it's too quiet, need some noise so the zombies can hear me
What camera is that?
I went to bath for a wedding last September as a place it’s beautiful, there is a lot of crack heads in the town centre tho.
Get a 2 stroke, like tdr 250
Next step clutchless shifting
Can do that already but I don’t wanna mess up the bike so I don’t do it a lot lol
@@LondonEatswon’t mess the bike up the clutch is wet 😂
Yeah TBH I often use clutch myself as well as sort of habit
Go blackheath teahut make some bike mates and borrow a big bike and do mod one yourself for £15 just make sure you get a bike with working abs and the owner rides it to the test
I would lend you mine but its too heavy to push box to box. You can find the layout online and practice on private land like a closed carpark
you can try yamaha nmax 155 scooter
@ 0:38 She wants you Bro !
imagine asking for a rev from a 125 with L plates 😆
Bath's ok, stick to the centre, don't go to Twerton lol
Why do I find it weird that you're in jeans😂
🤣🤣
You hoping for a skirt ? 😂
@@James_afc😂😂😂😂😂
@@James_afc not at all
Probably Kevlar if he has any sense
I saw, a lamboguini urus and a dodge charger
🔥🔥🔥🔥
I hate london for the implemented 20mph road everywhere 😒
why do you sound like Marc Guehi
Why do you say miles? I’m in Canada and we use KM’s.
The UK uses a mixture of imperial and metric. I don't remember to what extent in which they use imperial but I do know they use imperial for stuff like distances and speed.
Thanks!
@@Lucillevt4011 yeah imperial for driving and metric for everything else
UK= Miles
I buy it
Hope we don’t see you on Dirt bikes Lunatics or Angry dirt bikers 🤞🤞
😮😮😮
im lazy i bought a 125 auto lol
56mph in a 40 limit? Tut tut. 😉
Also 30 in a 20 and undertaking 🤬 gives riders a bad name.
I can't do gears. I am an auto person. Means I will probably never ride anything bigger than a 125cc. Doesn't bother me.
You can get 600cc twist and go 🤣🤣
@@Southlondonrider92 Yes there options for taking your test.
I can imagine you reaching 300K and delivering on a Ducati for fun🍔🏍🏍
