My mother turns 90 in 2 weeks! She rarely saw doctors when I was growing up. She practiced Native American remedies. If we ailed, there was a tea for that…toothaches, there was a natural remedy. Lots of sun to build strong bones! and on and on…Gotta love that generation 🥰
My Daddy had a great remedy for everything also. Clove for toothache, homemade tinctures, etc. If Dad sent us to a doctor we knew it was bad. I could tell the doctors what was ailing my 3 children and myself to the point my doctors trusted me and said I should have become a doctor. I've helped deliver 3 babies one a year ago. Hugs
@LindaSChastain what is the secret to natural delivery? I have had 2 c sections because I can't stand the pain. I am a weakling to pain, so it seems to let the natural progression take place. My maternal grandmother has 12 babies naturally and my paternal grand mother had 5 naturally. What is wrong with me and my mom who also couldn't take the pain and we both never dialated.
Dr Nathan Bryan is The Real Thing. He was 5 years old when his Dad became a paraplegic after a car accident. He put himself through med school. He practices gratitude daily. Every word he says you are lucky indeed to hear.
My husband is 93 and is in excellent health and condition. We have well water w/o fluoride. Grow fruits and veggies. Believe me, my husband has no problems with ED. We've been married for 4+ yrs. I'm 69 btw. We travel in our motorhome, boat, fish, etc. I want him to hear this podcast. He uses mouthwash every morning, although I've said it's not healthy he says oh no, maybe I should have died in my 70s. lol My Nana told me to use baking soda and salt as toothpaste and warm water back in the 1960's. Thank you for sharing this very important information. I love you in Christ. Hugs from northern California. (pray for us here please) PS My dentist today said whatever I'm doing keep doing it. My teeth and gums are the best they've been. I use Hydrogen Peroxide mixed with baking soda to make a foamy paste. I keep it covered in a glass jar, and mix it each time I use it on my toothbrush. I rinse several times a week with Hydrogen Peroxide too. The taste is not so great but it works.
I used to get heartburn and acid reflux after drinking a glass of water. I thought that’s just the way things were, and I ate tums like candy. Then about 8 years ago, I stopped all processed foods, and stopped refined sugars and carbs. After about a month of chicken, fish, and steak, with fruits and smoothies for breakfast, and veggies for lunch, my heartburn disappeared completely. My nail fungus went away after about two months. Now 8 years later, my heartburn will come back slightly if I eat fast food, or processed foods for more than a few days in a row. My nail fungus has also come back from eating too much candy. I am going to go back on that diet now. People don’t realize how bad the American diet is, and how our government promotes things that make us sick!
@@Isaac5123 Slowly started getting lazy and eating crappy food every once in a while. The economy has made it much more expensive to buy beef and other good foods where I live as well. Been getting back into it and will be buying half a beef soon. Then I expect to never go back to crappy food again. But even with how I am eating now, I guarantee I eat more healthy than most people. When I eat candy, I only eat dark chocolate. Going g to quit that too BTW you’re right, it is a way of life. I shouldn’t call it a diet.
They've been feeding the stuff that makes us sick for a very long time all the additives around foods and they're doing the same thing to re animals I have two cats what is very old and one is very young they both have a tendency of throwing up after they eat but if I give them people food that doesn't happen
Excellent job, I wish your my doctor nurse, all they say is that I need mental health because I have lots of health issues and that needs to be on lots of meds but the doctor didn’t order ent blood work or test to help me to find the cause of them.
We really have to be our own doctors because the doctors today are trained to just write a prescription for the symptoms we have or just ignore our symptoms. I have so many serious health issues like sepsis survivor and high blood sugar. I’m fed up of doctors treating parts of my body and ignoring the rest. They want other “specialists “ to treat the other parts. And they ignore sepsis because there is no specialist for that even though there 250,000 people dying from sepsis every year in USA! It’s the big white elephant in the icu. Dhru please do a sepsis awareness vlog because it’s something people need to really know about. I suspect the covid vaccine the cause of my 2 sepsis episodes.
I'm a Financial Advisor and I find myself giving clients tips on natural remedies. One of my client was super anxious and I told her about Ashwagandha and she bought it and thanked me for it. We need to spread the knowledge to help each other..

I'm older female (60's) and have been on acid reflux meds for over 30+ years!!! You can just imagine my face while learning I'm so stupid! So.... I went keto- Walk 1 mile daily- No process foods- 30 minutes sun daily- Lost 40 lbs (so far)- No sugar- I've finally weaned off the omeprazole! We cannot rely on Drs to correctly advise us, we must learn the physiology of our bodies and implement strategies to optimize our wellbeing and survival! Maybe I need a infrared light next...
What a blessing that you got off them. I have a friend that was on them for years and I told her to listen to dr Eric berg and dr ken berry who both explain that, there is no test to show there is too much acid, usually there is too little to digest your food properly, to eat keto or carnivore and take betaine hydrochloric acid or digestive enzymes to help digestion. Also because the acid inhibitor drugs strip the bile, a lot of people end up having to have their gallbladder removed. Glad you are on the right path. My friends problem fixed itself also when she came off the drug.
@@titaniummaster1532 Hi- I started by trying to cure my metabolic syndrome and gut health by taking probiotics- I also went keto and cut all sugar and excess carbohydrates- I began losing weight- I began walking my dogs early in the day to repair and restore my circadian rhythm which includes going to bed early and getting up with the sun- Then I started to reduce the daily omeprazole to every other day and then every third day and then off- meanwhile I started taking apple cider vinegar and also bi-carbonated soda daily- then I began intermittent fasting at first my eating window was noon to 6pm, then reduced the window to 4 hours a day and allowed food from noon-4pm- Fasting 20 hours daily begins a process called autophagy which is a cellular cleaning process- I listen to nutritional videos and read everything I could and have learned the simple basics of health finally, after almost 64 years!!! I've never felt better! Good luck to you!
My Mother-in- law turned 91 this year. She is from Iran, so she is Persian. She practiced a 1 month fast yearly, & would always brush her teeth right after dinner. She would not put another piece of food in her mouth for the rest of night. So, she basically fasted for 10-12 hrs daily. She's never had cancer or heart attack. She still walks by herself, maintains her weight strictly & has kept an eye on her weight. She used lots of turmeric in her foods & ate lots of veggies & fruits. Always homemade meals.
And my youngest son, recently taught me via FT how to breathe, seven seconds in, closing off your area you leave open to breathe-losing words this year-and 14 out, also partly closing my “windpipe?” I’ve dialed it down and practice that working toward nightly. I never thought I’d become a meditator. Or actually, a breathing practicer. After this podcast, I HAVE TO IMPROVE MY HEALTH!
You'd be amazed at how much my husband grows in my flower beds on oursmall suburban plot. Beets, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, garlic, corn, eggplant, peas, green beans, garlic. I freeze and can. I have trouble keeping up with it! Anybody can do it.
I turned 70 yo in March of 2023,I'm being treated for hypertension since 2005 with a daily dose of 5mg of amlodipine and I haven't seen any change to my condition. I'm overweight, have terrible eating habits, don't exercise, have constant ringing in my ears (tinnitus), ED beginning when I turned 65 and progressively gotten worse.Three weeks ago I started doing something about my situation. I began a carnivore eating regimen, exercising and I'm losing weight. My BP has dropped slightly but expect that to change even more as I get into my new lifestyle. My biggest concern is regaining my ability to have an erection since that is a good indicator of having a healthy heart and circulatory system and eliminating the tinnitus in my ears! Looking forward to a new healthy life I should have done this 40 yeas ago!
I used to have an awful tinnitus when I got gluten off my diet, the tinnitus completely disappeared. And the RA symptoms completely disappeared. Give it a try!
I've been carnivore for 5 months and did the nitric oxide for 3 months, Ringing still there lost weight but I stopped using the nitric oxide Dr. Nathan is selling simply because they COULD NOT get their logistics figured out for the delivery of their product to my home address. With today's technology it's not that difficult. Also their shipping costs are outrageous. I got a discount as a subscriber except their shipping cost negated the discount!! I tried to resolve the issue but had to rely on emails they have no customer service person you can speak with. Bad business in my opinion.
This professor is super smart and knowledgeable. I almost feel like I need to be doctorate or medical level student to completely understand his presentation. His explanation is simple enough for us lay person to understand some of what he’s talking about. I think I have to listen to this video again. Dhru, thank you for gift in how to slow down these genius people you bring on your podcasts so that we can try to understand the material!
My grandma from Philippines lived to be 91. She used natural treatments whenever we have ailments like salt water rinses instead of mouthwash or efficascent oil or camphor for abdominal pain or for any aches and pain. She was really smart! The problem with our society we want everything instant. I will start to adapt her mindset. Her diet was balanced as well. No keto or vegetarian. She had small frequent meals with pan de sal and coffee for snacks!
I'm a Filipina..this is good input.!!! My mom got diabetic simply becoz she had sugar for her coffee 8 x a day but lived up to 84 yrs old .my grandma died at d age of 94..!
My grandmother lived to be 97 1/2, and she did the same thing. Her father was a naturopathic doctor, she learned about the use of functional medicine from him, that knowledge saved her life many times over the years.
We eat too much processed junk these days. A lot of Filipino youths today drink too many sodas and eat a ton of junk like cheap instant noodles (pancit canton). Our grandparents ate better food back then.
There are things I do not strip nitric oxide, I use toothpaste with no FLOURIDE, don’t use a mouthwash with alcohol like Listerine, I eat arugula salad with first pressed olive oil. Thank you for sharing your knowledge doctor 😊
Nathan should win Nobel price on being an amazing "human" scientist, right beside Ferrid and the others that shared the NO discovery. Amazing man... Thank you.
I'm so impressed by this gentleman ( Doctor ) , Listening to him gives me great hope, and I am sure other people feel the same as well , he speaks fluently and has a great vocabulary , Thanks for helping the sick and not putting money first,, the most high will reward you abundantly 🙏❤️🙏
Dr. Bryan, about your discussion on stomach acid (time 35:00), for GERD, please check (potassium RBC) level. But not the (potassium, serum). Most likely potassium RBC is low. One or two teaspoons of potassium Bicarbonate a day, solved my multidecades GERD problem (instantly). I am now 83+ yo.
I saw a holistic doctor and my blood pressure was a little high. She told me I needed more water, increase my magnesium and go for a walk every day. Now my bp is normal and sometimes on the lower side.

It's almost like you have to be a chemist, a pharmacist, a nutritionist and a doctor all in one to figure out how to even feed yourself well nowadays and what chemicals to avoid in food. 😢 But I already suffer from low blood pressure. 🤷
Why are you suffering from low blood pressure? Mine has been naturally low for years but it doesn’t cause any problems. I am wondering if you’re dealing with some thyroid issues or something like that? My BP is often 90/56, or even 88/60 I don’t have problems with it but when my thyroid wasn’t working, right, I am I used to get some dizzy spells upon postural changes.
Acid reflux isn't caused by too much stomach acid, it's caused by NOT ENOUGH stomach acid. That's why taking apple cider vinegar works and why so many older people have acid reflux. Please see John Bergman on this
I got my stomach upset, by eating food that had hot chilies in it. It made me sick for 2 months. I had a burned throat, burned sinus, burned lungs. Acid was coming out of my mouth at night while sleeping. The stomach Doc finally saw me with a fever for 2 months and felt terrible. The Doc put me on 40 in the as and 40 in pm. Also antibiotics. It finally went away, and the pain in my sinus, throat and neck, and my lungs are better. I will discuss this with my pulmonary doctor.

Thank you for this podcast I have found that the doctors don't want to find out what the real problem is they just want to give you medicine to cover up the symptoms the information in this podcast is priceless🎉
Doctors, first of all, can't keep up with the studies and new information coming at them. After 18hr days of being immersed in medicine, it's pretty hard to force yourself to study even more. Secondly, doctors are bound by standards of practice. Straying too far off the reservation can get your license revoked or at the very least, your reputation damaged- and there's no way to fix that. Look what they did to doctors during covid! And now we see that they were right all along, but those doctors suffered permanent professional damage. Listen to what this guy says in the beginning about "being able to ask any question" he wanted... He's in RESEARCH, not practice. That's why he wanted to be in research, because practicing patient care MDs aren't really "allowed" to follow rabbit trails. God forbid an MD suggests an alternative treatment and gets sued..... See what I'm getting at? Golden handcuffs... The road between research and actual widespread standards of care is a long, rocky, bureaucratic mountain of bullshish. And if it doesn't make money or result in patents and pharmaceuticals, it will NEVER be rubber stamped for prescribing. Sad but true. It's just up to us to muddle thru and hack ourselves, then live the proof for others to follow.
@@shirleycathcart5502Most of the US doesn't have naturopaths readily available, and if there is one within a reasonable commute, they are NINOs, or a professionally acceptable hybrid. Insurance doesn't pay nice with naturopathy either, making it cost prohibitive.

Thank you very much for your message Dr. Nathan Bryan. The main thing is looking after your health what you eat also sleep time and exercise. I am 72years old eating healthy food and doing exercise jogging. I don't have any sickness. I really do believe your advice. Thank you very much and God bless you.👏👏👏💖💖
That statement was key; if your arteries are healthy and what flows in the arteries is healthy, then you are not going to have any damage to those arteries.
This is wild. Subbed. My jaw hit floor and stayed there when he started talking about the celery and organic vegetables being nitric oxide deficient etc. All very interesting and important information but that blew my mind!
SAME!!! 😯 I believe it's proof of soil degradation. Dr. Bryan stated that he soil tested and added nitrogen as needed. Though he didn't say what type of additive he uses, regenerative agriculture is a very natural way to restore balance.
He then said if he added nitrogen etc to soil he got the levels he wanted. We do organic gardening. We add natural sources of nitrogen etc. so organic vegetables do have adequate amounts of nutrients. Many vegetables labeled as organic are grown in water or soil that is depleted.
What a joy to have this chance to hear! Well asked and exceedingly well answered! Thank you each for your years of experience and knowledge and sharing them so well for such a time as this. God bless you and your work!
My garden is the same no pesticide insecticides only nitrogen and homemade compost .. my back yard is not 800 acres but it is quite a piece of work concentrated hard work! Anyone can do it ..
On PPIs for 20 yrs, I'm off of them finally. I have auto immune problems, and so much more. I am learning tons of things. We truly have to take care of ourselves. Doctors knew this and let me taken them for decades. I still have some heartburn but I am better. So much to absorb here. I am growing some of my own veggies and studying more ways to produce my own salads etc. I have to follow this. All people better stop and take a hard look at what they are being told.
I'm certain he is correct about Nitric Oxide! Before the COVID craziness, I was playing softball two days a week in a senior's softball league. I was hit in the head by a incredibly fast line drive. They say that ball can travel up to 100 MPH+ and it hit me so hard that it shattered the frame on my safety glasses which dug into the skin between my eyes. I suppose I'm lucky I didn't lose an eye. I was taken to a Hospital close by which stitched me up nicely and I recovered just fine in about a week or so. Not even a visible scare. The nurse who was attending me and attempting to stop the bleeding kept telling me how good my blood looked and kept asking me what I was eating. At that time I was 77 years old and eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables in addition to taking several herbal supplements. I had recently added REDWOOD, a nutritional supplement to increase my nitric oxide. On previous visits, for similar accidents, no one seem to think my blood was anything special. Increasing your level of Nitric Oxide does seem to make a huge difference in the quality of your blood.
Thank-you Dr Bryan, obviously you have an amazing amt of knowledge regarding this. I don't mean to be overly simplistic, the question that I would love to ask is - would simply drinking beet juice work or help?
I’m a Filipino also and appreciate this dr’s science knowledge but too scientific terms that’s hard to digest for regular people like me. I.e. **don’t use mouthwash- there’s don’t where’s the do? . **Don’t use antacid, replace it with what? **Moderate exercise, what kind and how long in a day for a starter. Is walking 30 mins a day considered moderate? **apple cider vinegar to help with enzyme, how much and how long? ** balance diet- low carb, low sugar how much and how often. Doesn’t carbs convert into energy? What about water, how much in a day? Inquiring minds are eager to learn . Thanks for bringing awareness . @dhruporuhit you do great in asking specifics - answers are too biologic/chemical/scientific. Please keep it simple if you could and break it down a little so a lot of people like me can understand instead of PhD’s and advanced degrees only after all that’s the objective right?

I will be getting the word out more about Nitric Oxide in my practice, thank you so much for being on my favorite podcast. My mother started showing signs of Brain Ischemia in her 60's and I have the same irregular heartbeat, I don't want to end up that way, it was a horrible way to go.
Please explain the relationship between irregular heartbeat and nitric oxide and brain ischemia? I had atrial flutter and subsequently have irregular heartrate.
try getting potassium every day bc when I sweat in my veg garden, right away I begin having heart palpitations. I craved watermelon and brought one, looked up what is the minerals and sure enough it’s high in potassium. So, see if that helps by getting more potassium. Bananas are not the best source
Interesting information,i find when i start craving Orange juice (potassium) celery (sodium) both regulate the BP from adrenal and kidneys so i watch those minerals and ALWAYS corrects itself, always ❤
Thank for this excellent information. I drink beet juice daily, which I believe that it keeps my blood pressure between 129 / 79. I am 73 yo, and not very active due to the arthritic knees. But I join the yoga group & learn to breath to improve Nitric Oxide production. Also, I gently stroll with my Fox terrier every evening for 20 -30 minutes. Hope I do right to maintain my health & mobility.

I tried to do what was necessary to create Nitric Oxide by following most of your recommendations. I am 83. I don't use mouthwash or toothpaste and drink spring water. But I focused on the foods such as beets, celery, broccoli. kale, pomogranete, walnuts, dark chocolate and citrus. In about ten day I no longer needed my blood pressure medication but it did not correct my ED. One out of two was not bad.
Im almost 40. Fairly healthy with no real symptoms of anything. I recently got a physical for a medical card for my cdl license. My blood pressure was 179!🤯. I had no idea. So now im on a quest to lower it naturally. Im considering nitric oxide after watching this video but need to watch it again because i missed what cauaes the body to stop producing it. Thanks for this video!
Than you Sooo much for bring some light to this subject. Yep, physicians DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER patients’ questions. I suspect many really do not know. How did so many people get so SICK?
Doctors would never be able to overcome the powerful grip that the agribusiness has on education. Agribusiness funds many educational programs and school lunch programs and has huge political lobbies. As a teacher...if you try to inform any student about anything involving food...that does not follow the agribusiness dictates...you will be fired. Also, the medical profession would make no money doing that.
They are trained to drug us and cut us up! Tests run makes them money also! The the scientists are paid to lie! We are slaves to the rich from birth to death! Truth!

As a custodian of a charter school, I'm deeply disturbed by the amount of sugary drinks and heavily sugar added "foods" the school serves the students. And they let the students snack at every period in class.
I got myself off proton pump inhibitors by using chewable Pepcid. I broke one in half and used that for a few days, then down to a third, and then, a quarter. I'd use each size for a few days. When I dropped down a size, if it hurt, I stuck with the larger size another day or two. When I got down to a quarter tab, I took them every day, then every other day, every third day and then, stopped completely. The doctors had told me I'd never get off them and that they were good for me anyway. Dr. Al Sears warned about them way back around 2007. That means he saved me from a lot of bad things. WHEW!!!
I find that fresh lemon juice diluted with water, half an hour before my first meal, works great. I don't ever get heartburn. What I don't hear mentioned is that heartburn is as a result of too low acid levels in the stomach, not too high. The valve in the throat (I forget the name) does not close fully when the acidic levels are too low. So yes, to reverse, go the ACV route or lemon juice.
Yes, I've heard that too.I used ACV for a while, but hated the taste. I later found Bromelain pills, 500 MG, which is from pineapple, works just as well, without the awful taste, and burning the throat on the way down.
Also stops us getting an ulser its not good to keep having the tablets, tums ect ,as eventually you cant stop using them because you become reliant on them and get bad reflux with other knock on complications ýou need acid to breakdown food to get youre vits n minerals this also effects our body getting other knock on side effects
I’m waiting for apologies that I’m sure will never come for being accused of potentially killing people for opting NOT to take the Frankenjab. Originally, it was for moral objections but it quickly became clear that the risk v benefit was an adequate reason for me. I’m healthy but I was in the so-called “high risk” category based upon my age of 67 with the onset of the pandemic. Had the bug twice since then, Delta and Omicron and came through fine. I pray for you, Dr. John, you are too valuable to all of us and I pray that no bad effects befall you. ❤️
COVID infections are really bad for your blood vessels, especially the lining of your blood vessels the endothelium. COVID is MORE than the symptoms you felt for a week or 2. I know a 30yo healthy female, who just came down with her 3rd infection. Had lung issues, shortness of breath, etc. Now in the hospital for pulmonary embolism!!! Her previous COVID infections were very mild, just sore throat for a week. COVID infection is causing the recent increase in heart attacks.
A Walking Testament and Crusader for Health, Research & The Adventures of Scientific Discoveries IN Nitric Oxide- Dr. Nathan Bryan PHD has been my friend since 2009. He is a Life Saver indeed. More abut the BackStory in the autobiography and podcast 1Step2Wellness- Great content Dhru- Warm compassion nd Thanks to you for hosting Dr. Nathan Bryan PHD
Truly one of the best and most interesting podcasts I have listened to. I knew importance of nitric oxide but not to this extent. Many thanks to both of you.
My grandmother was born in 1931 in Sweden. She is still very active and taking care of 2 houses. Memory is sharp and her only problem is eye sight . She has a twin sister which has lost a lot more memory function unfortunately. One major difference between the two is that my grand mother takes vitamins and herbs and does intermittent fasting. 😊
My mom was put on statin and started showing signs of dementia. I asked her what new meds she was on. I did research (before TH-cam banned people posting about medical side effects) Lots of info about 'global amnesia' as a side effect of certain statins (especially in women) and that many found that it went away after stopping the statin(vitamin S). Mom got her brain back after stopping Statin. Later, because she had autoimmune pulmonary disease they put her on Depakote and that was another battle for reclaiming her brain (awful side effects)!
Well established now that statins are detrimental to brain health. But the medical doctors are too lazy to update their knowledge. Too easy for them to simply prescribe a drug and move to their next patient. Unfortunately some of them are bought by the pharma industry. 😡
Years ago I was put on the statin Metformin and it made me absolutely stupid. I couldnt remember anything! I came off it and eventually my memory got better. Cutting the processed crap, walking half an hour or more, eating more natural foods, even home grown foods in pots on my porch/patio, helped!
Hello. My second time watching this Nitrous Oxide and ordered Dr. Bryon’s the NO2U supplements. My question is how do you know if you are taking too much Nitric oxide? I am taking the recommended dosage on the bottle, but I just wondered.
Dhru Purohit and Dr. Nathan Bryan … Thank you both so much for taking the time to help me understand the importance of nitric oxide. Education is power and understanding and applying what we learn is trust and love🌸
Yes, thank you for this podcast! It is extremely worthwhile and educational. Thanks to the Dr who presented this information. I love that you want to get this information into the hands of the general population!
Thank you for bringing up the other 50% of the population. And even more kudos to the Dr for answering with equality. Women have sexual organs also. It is time for the Longevity discussions stop being soley focused on men and their appendage. The host dropped a level for me.
Thanks for sharing this with me I'm 74.very healthy generally I do all the *right* things you mentioned her and yet my BP is very high 170 /90 goes up and down to 140/86 as examples. Took meds. Did not help. Stopped 6 yrs ago I'm going to add in raw beetroots.. I love it.. so fingers crossed
O m g 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼thank you for stating the truth 🙏🏼🌅 I’m a 78 fm and have intuitively known there was something wrong with the medical industry most of my life and have lived in a world where I’ve been hitting my head against a wall .your educating talk feels like hearing angles singing 💜🌅🥰🙏🏼
They want people dead as soon as they stop work so they don't have to pay for them friend. Also, weak and therefore easily controlled for the rest of the time you are correct
Unfortunately, the majority of mainstream physicians are not always open to a discussion when asked questions which they cannot answer per Dr. Bryan. They either convey they are on a 'power trip' or dismiss you.

I saw my cardiologist yesterday morning and told him I was concerned about the neuropathy in my toes and pads beneath my toes and told him I had heard a well known doctor on TH-cam mention that amlodopine (blood pressure medication I take) has neuropathy as a side effect. He continued writing notes and told me to stop listening to TH-cam videos. I have 3 aneuryisms from a black label medication I was given in the hospital called Levaquin (fluoroquinolones). My blood pressure was unstable last summer and I'm now on 3 blood pressure meds. My cardiologist has told me the lower my blood pressure the better. Meanwhile my balance is bad due to the neuropathy and I feel like a walking time bomb.
Excellent !!! Thanks !!! Amazing .. finally watched whole video. I took it in segments. Learned sooooo much !! Fabulous health update to Nitric Oxide and especially near the end about how the levels differ between organic grown vx non-organic but have Nitrate in non-organic soil and why. Weird, but good to know. 💯💖👍

My blood pressure was exstreme. Over 200 allthe time . The doctor put me on 20mg lisinopril. It did very little. He wanted me to increase my med to 40 mg. I tried beet powder and juice. My BP is perfect now 120 over 70.
What else did you do? What kind of beet powder did u use. My BP had started a few months ago. I don’t want to take med. can you share a little more of what I did to help lower . I’d appreciate it. Thank u

A brilliant man who actually seems to care about the rest of us.
Dr Nathan Bryan is The Real Thing. He was 5 years old when his Dad became a paraplegic after a car accident. He put himself through med school. He practices gratitude daily. Every word he says you are lucky indeed to hear.
Thanks for sharing. Did he ever treat you? Or was he a friend?
What does his dad being a paraplegic have to do with this subject?
No offence but what does any of that have to do with him being genuine?
My husband is 93 and is in excellent health and condition. We have well water w/o fluoride. Grow fruits and veggies. Believe me, my husband has no problems with ED. We've been married for 4+ yrs. PS My dentist today said whatever I'm doing keep doing it.

Why eat processed foods ever again after feelling so good without it? I don't get it. Its not a diet it's a way of life.

Been getting back into it and will be buying half a beef soon. Then I expect to never go back to crappy food again. But even with how I am eating now, I guarantee I eat more healthy than most people.

I also went keto and cut all sugar and excess carbohydrates- I began losing weight- I began walking my dogs early in the day to repair and restore my circadian rhythm which includes going to bed early and getting up with the sun-
Then I started to reduce the daily omeprazole to every other day and then every third day and then off- meanwhile I started taking apple cider vinegar and also bi-carbonated soda daily- then I began intermittent fasting at first my eating window was noon to 6pm, then reduced the window to 4 hours a day and allowed food from noon-4pm-
Fasting 20 hours daily begins a process called autophagy which is a cellular cleaning process-
I listen to nutritional videos and read everything I could and have learned the simple basics of health finally, after almost 64 years!!!
I've never felt better!

I began a carnivore eating regimen, exercising and I'm losing weight. My BP has dropped slightly but expect that to change even more as I get into my new lifestyle. Thank you for this podcast I have found that the doctors don't want to find out what the real problem is they just want to give you medicine to cover up the symptoms the information in this podcast is priceless🎉
I Agree!!!!!!
So try a naturopath Dr.

Are you still taking the Redwood?

I will be getting the word out more about Nitric Oxide in my practice, thank you so much for being on my favorite podcast. My mother started showing signs of Brain Ischemia in her 60's and I have the same irregular heartbeat, I don't want to end up that way, it was a horrible way to go.
What state are you in? We use a lot of these techniques in our practice (endogenous precursors for glutathione and NOS)
Please explain the relationship between irregular heartbeat and nitric oxide and brain ischemia? I had atrial flutter and subsequently have irregular heartrate.
@@deannkennedy1795 Have you tried Magnesium Glycinate or researched it?

try getting potassium every day bc when I sweat in my veg garden, right away I begin having heart palpitations. I craved watermelon and brought one, looked up what is the minerals and sure enough it’s high in potassium. So, see if that helps by getting more potassium. Bananas are not the best source
What a fabulous interview.. FULL of useful info…. Thank you guys.

You need meat & fat & next to zero carbs
Im almost 40. Fairly healthy with no real symptoms of anything. I recently got a physical for a medical card for my cdl license. My blood pressure was 179!🤯. I had no idea. So now im on a quest to lower it naturally. Im considering nitric oxide after watching this video but need to watch it again because i missed what cauaes the body to stop producing it. Thanks for this video!
Than you Sooo much for bring some light to this subject. Yep, physicians DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER patients’ questions. I suspect many really do not know. How did so many people get so SICK?
Can you say if the manuka honey used topically for diabetic leg ulcers based on the theory of increasing No production?
I have seen This therapy work really well in healing these ulcers and it is not too expensive. Found on Amazon.
Doctors need to address our educational system for kids to learn how their bodies work in relation to what they eat.
@betzib8021 That is sad. I did not know Ag giants were funding school lunch programs. 😳
Appears innocent on the outside.
They are trained to drug us and cut us up! Tests run makes them money also! The the scientists are paid to lie! We are slaves to the rich from birth to death! Truth!
U are a light in the darkness.. we need to reeducate drs trained 25 yrs ago.. I'm long civid.. done w western. Jed.. do my own research, med undergrad❤❤
As a custodian of a charter school, I'm deeply disturbed by the amount of sugary drinks and heavily sugar added "foods" the school serves the students. And they let the students snack at every period in class.
Dr Bryan needs to do more podcasts what a smart and intelligent individual
The valve in the
throat (I forget the name) does not close fully when the acidic levels are too low. So yes, to reverse, go the ACV route or lemon juice.
Good concept. Heard about too low stomach acid. Found Fennel herb and vegetable stops heartburn. Tasty 😊😋
Yes, I've heard that too.I used ACV for a while, but hated the taste. I later found Bromelain pills, 500 MG, which is from pineapple, works just as well, without the awful taste, and burning the throat on the way down.
Yes, he does recommend drinking 1 tablespoon of acv before each meal.
Hiatal hernia's can cause heartburn too.
Amen
COVID infections are really bad for your blood vessels, especially the lining of your blood vessels the endothelium.
COVID is MORE than the symptoms you felt for a week or 2.
I know a 30yo healthy female, who just came down with her 3rd infection. Had lung issues, shortness of breath, etc. Now in the hospital for pulmonary embolism!!!
Her previous COVID infections were very mild, just sore throat for a week.
COVID infection is causing the recent increase in heart attacks.
Fantastic discussion, thank you Dhru!

Later, because she had autoimmune pulmonary disease they put her on Depakote and that was another battle for reclaiming her brain (awful side effects)!
what vitamins
Wouldnt it be eye opening to find the legislation that required you tube to ban us from posting med side effects! Shameful big pharma!
Your mum must be so proud of you. You never gave up. Bless you friend. Australia
The amount of knowledge I just gained from this is immense. Thanks for this chat guys
Thank you for this pod cast. Learned about nitric oxide a looooong time ago. This is a great update!
How does one get nitric oxide optimally? Thx
Thanks so much to you both for such great information. Really enjoyed this one
Fascinating information! Thank you for your dedication to researching and educating on this topic!
Women: If you are orgasmic you have good 👍 nitric oxide. ❤
Mind blowing, & life saving info. Thanks for sharing, Subscribed
Yes, thank you for this podcast! It is extremely worthwhile and educational. Thanks to the Dr who presented this information. I love that you want to get this information into the hands of the general population!
Excellent!! Dr. Bryan is "the" leader worldwide when it comes to Nitric Oxide. Education & Raising Awareness. Listen.Learn. Apply.
This discussion is superb. Im learning a lot!
Thank you for bringing up the other 50% of the population. And even more kudos to the Dr for answering with equality. Women have sexual organs also. It is time for the Longevity discussions stop being soley focused on men and their appendage. The host dropped a level for me.
Thanks for sharing this with me
I'm 74.very healthy generally
I do all the *right* things you mentioned her and yet my BP is very high 170 /90 goes up and down to 140/86 as examples. Took meds. Did not help. Stopped 6 yrs ago
I'm going to add in raw beetroots.. I love it.. so fingers crossed

I’m a 78 fm and have intuitively known there was something wrong with the medical industry most of my life and have lived in a world where I’ve been hitting my head against a wall .your educating talk feels like hearing angles singing 💜🌅🥰🙏🏼
They want people dead as soon as they stop work so they don't have to pay for them friend. Also, weak and therefore easily controlled for the rest of the time you are correct
Wow= this is so spot on= such valuable information. Thank you so very much/ may you be blessed and protected.
Unfortunately, the majority of mainstream physicians are not always open to a discussion when asked questions which they cannot answer per Dr. Bryan. They either convey they are on a 'power trip' or dismiss you.
Dr. Bryan provided one explanation for such dismissal fairly early on in the discussion. Two more would be ego and ignorance.
It's because Doctors are poorly trained
Big Pharma rules doctors with huge incentive for prescription drugs.
Sep 7,2023. I had met NO Nobel prize winner at a Sigma Xi meeting many years ago. I take Super Beets, and am glad to run across Dr. Bryan’s work. Thanks Dr. Drhu.

Absolutely excellent! Thank you both! I am empowered to level up :)
Brilliant interview!
Very thoughtful questions + answers!
One of the best ever conversations ! Thank you guys .
Love this information!! Thank-you for NO music!!
Great interview! If the standard blood panel done is not helpful in determining cardiovascular health, what blood tests are effective for giving a more accurate picture of CV health?
Very informative

I am so grateful for this interview. Dr Bryan is amazing!
Thank you so much for bringing this brilliant and dedicated man to everyone's attention. Thank you Dr. Bryan!❤
I love this Dr Bryan !! Holy sheeet !! This info is unbelievable, and everything that he said could effect me ? It did. I fixed myself via diet and exercise
My blood pressure was exstreme. Over 200 allthe time . The doctor put me on 20mg lisinopril. It did very little. He wanted me to increase my med to 40 mg. I tried beet powder and juice. My BP is perfect now 120 over 70.
How long did you take the beet juice for to see a difference.
@@jayjaywilliams1267 2 days it started falling. I could feel the difference.
What else did you do? What kind of beet powder did u use. My BP had started a few months ago. I don’t want to take med. can you share a little more of what I did to help lower . I’d appreciate it. Thank u
@@TheArelis56beet root is not taken just once it has to become apart of your diet...u can eat it, juice it or use in powder form to make smoothie
Fantastic! Probably a lot cheaper than his products.😮
