My mother turns 90 in 2 weeks! She rarely saw doctors when I was growing up. She practiced Native American remedies. If we ailed, there was a tea for that…toothaches, there was a natural remedy. Lots of sun to build strong bones! and on and on…Gotta love that generation 🥰

My Daddy had a great remedy for everything also. Clove for toothache, homemade tinctures, etc. If Dad sent us to a doctor we knew it was bad. I could tell the doctors what was ailing my 3 children and myself to the point my doctors trusted me and said I should have become a doctor. I've helped deliver 3 babies one a year ago. Hugs

@LindaSChastain what is the secret to natural delivery? I have had 2 c sections because I can't stand the pain. I am a weakling to pain, so it seems to let the natural progression take place. My maternal grandmother has 12 babies naturally and my paternal grand mother had 5 naturally. What is wrong with me and my mom who also couldn't take the pain and we both never dialated.

My husband is 93 and is in excellent health and condition. We have well water w/o fluoride. Grow fruits and veggies. Believe me, my husband has no problems with ED. We've been married for 4+ yrs. I'm 69 btw. We travel in our motorhome, boat, fish, etc. I want him to hear this podcast. He uses mouthwash every morning, although I've said it's not healthy he says oh no, maybe I should have died in my 70s. lol My Nana told me to use baking soda and salt as toothpaste and warm water back in the 1960's. Thank you for sharing this very important information. I love you in Christ. Hugs from northern California. (pray for us here please)
PS My dentist today said whatever I'm doing keep doing it. My teeth and gums are the best they've been. I use Hydrogen Peroxide mixed with baking soda to make a foamy paste. I keep it covered in a glass jar, and mix it each time I use it on my toothbrush. I rinse several times a week with Hydrogen Peroxide too. The taste is not so great but it works.

I used to get heartburn and acid reflux after drinking a glass of water. I thought that’s just the way things were, and I ate tums like candy. Then about 8 years ago, I stopped all processed foods, and stopped refined sugars and carbs. After about a month of chicken, fish, and steak, with fruits and smoothies for breakfast, and veggies for lunch, my heartburn disappeared completely. My nail fungus went away after about two months.
Now 8 years later, my heartburn will come back slightly if I eat fast food, or processed foods for more than a few days in a row. My nail fungus has also come back from eating too much candy. I am going to go back on that diet now. People don’t realize how bad the American diet is, and how our government promotes things that make us sick!

Slowly started getting lazy and eating crappy food every once in a while. The economy has made it much more expensive to buy beef and other good foods where I live as well. Been getting back into it and will be buying half a beef soon. Then I expect to never go back to crappy food again. But even with how I am eating now, I guarantee I eat more healthy than most people. When I eat candy, I only eat dark chocolate. Going g to quit that too
BTW you’re right, it is a way of life. I shouldn’t call it a diet.

I have so many serious health issues like sepsis survivor and high blood sugar. I’m fed up of doctors treating parts of my body and ignoring the rest. They want other “specialists “ to treat the other parts. And they ignore sepsis because there is no specialist for that even though there 250,000 people dying from sepsis every year in USA! It’s the big white elephant in the icu. Dhru please do a sepsis awareness vlog because it’s something people need to really know about. I suspect the covid vaccine the cause of my 2 sepsis episodes.

What a blessing that you got off them. I have a friend that was on them for years and I told her to listen to dr Eric berg and dr ken berry who both explain that, there is no test to show there is too much acid, usually there is too little to digest your food properly, to eat keto or carnivore and take betaine hydrochloric acid or digestive enzymes to help digestion. Also because the acid inhibitor drugs strip the bile, a lot of people end up having to have their gallbladder removed. Glad you are on the right path. My friends problem fixed itself also when she came off the drug.

Hi- I started by trying to cure my metabolic syndrome and gut health by taking probiotics-
I also went keto and cut all sugar and excess carbohydrates- I began losing weight- I began walking my dogs early in the day to repair and restore my circadian rhythm which includes going to bed early and getting up with the sun-
Then I started to reduce the daily omeprazole to every other day and then every third day and then off- meanwhile I started taking apple cider vinegar and also bi-carbonated soda daily- then I began intermittent fasting at first my eating window was noon to 6pm, then reduced the window to 4 hours a day and allowed food from noon-4pm-
Fasting 20 hours daily begins a process called autophagy which is a cellular cleaning process-
I listen to nutritional videos and read everything I could and have learned the simple basics of health finally, after almost 64 years!!!
      I've never felt better!

I'm overweight, have terrible eating habits, don't exercise, have constant ringing in my ears (tinnitus), ED beginning when I turned 65 and progressively gotten worse.Three weeks ago I started doing something about my situation. I began a carnivore eating regimen, exercising and I'm losing weight. My BP has dropped slightly but expect that to change even more as I get into my new lifestyle. My biggest concern is regaining my ability to have an erection since that is a good indicator of having a healthy heart and circulatory system and eliminating the tinnitus in my ears! Looking forward to a new healthy life I should have done this 40 yeas ago!

Acid was coming out of my mouth at night while sleeping. The stomach Doc finally saw me with a fever for 2 months and felt terrible. The Doc put me on 40 in the as and 40 in pm. Also antibiotics. It finally went away, and the pain in my sinus, throat and neck, and my lungs are better. I will discuss this with my pulmonary doctor.

Doctors, first of all, can't keep up with the studies and new information coming at them. After 18hr days of being immersed in medicine, it's pretty hard to force yourself to study even more.
Secondly, doctors are bound by standards of practice. Straying too far off the reservation can get your license revoked or at the very least, your reputation damaged- and there's no way to fix that. Look what they did to doctors during covid! And now we see that they were right all along, but those doctors suffered permanent professional damage.
Listen to what this guy says in the beginning about "being able to ask any question" he wanted... He's in RESEARCH, not practice. That's why he wanted to be in research, because practicing patient care MDs aren't really "allowed" to follow rabbit trails. God forbid an MD suggests an alternative treatment and gets sued..... See what I'm getting at? Golden handcuffs...
The road between research and actual widespread standards of care is a long, rocky, bureaucratic mountain of bullshish. And if it doesn't make money or result in patents and pharmaceuticals, it will NEVER be rubber stamped for prescribing. Sad but true.
It's just up to us to muddle thru and hack ourselves, then live the proof for others to follow.

I'm certain he is correct about Nitric Oxide! Before the COVID craziness, I was playing softball two days a week in a senior's softball league. I was hit in the head by a incredibly fast line drive. They say that ball can travel up to 100 MPH+ and it hit me so hard that it shattered the frame on my safety glasses which dug into the skin between my eyes. I suppose I'm lucky I didn't lose an eye. I was taken to a Hospital close by which stitched me up nicely and I recovered just fine in about a week or so. Not even a visible scare. The nurse who was attending me and attempting to stop the bleeding kept telling me how good my blood looked and kept asking me what I was eating. At that time I was 77 years old and eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables in addition to taking several herbal supplements. I had recently added REDWOOD, a nutritional supplement to increase my nitric oxide. On previous visits, for similar accidents, no one seem to think my blood was anything special. Increasing your level of Nitric Oxide does seem to make a huge difference in the quality of your blood.

Doesn’t carbs convert into energy? What about water, how much in a day? Inquiring minds are eager to learn . When I dropped down a size, if it hurt, I stuck with the larger size another day or two. When I got down to a quarter tab, I took them every day, then every other day, every third day and then, stopped completely. The doctors had told me I'd never get off them and that they were good for me anyway. Dr. Al Sears warned about them way back around 2007. That means he saved me from a lot of bad things. WHEW!!!

What I don't hear mentioned is that heartburn is as a result of too low acid levels in the stomach, not too high. The valve in the

Yes, I've heard that too.I used ACV for a while, but hated the taste. I later found Bromelain pills, 500 MG, which is from pineapple, works just as well, without the awful taste, and burning the throat on the way down.

I’m waiting for apologies that I’m sure will never come for being accused of potentially killing people for opting NOT to take the Frankenjab. Originally, it was for moral objections but it quickly became clear that the risk v benefit was an adequate reason for me. I’m healthy but I was in the so-called “high risk” category based upon my age of 67 with the onset of the pandemic. Had the bug twice since then, Delta and Omicron and came through fine. I pray for you, Dr. John, you are too valuable to all of us and I pray that no bad effects befall you. ❤️

COVID infections are really bad for your blood vessels, especially the lining of your blood vessels the endothelium.
COVID is MORE than the symptoms you felt for a week or 2.
I know a 30yo healthy female, who just came down with her 3rd infection. Had lung issues, shortness of breath, etc. Now in the hospital for pulmonary embolism!!!
Her previous COVID infections were very mild, just sore throat for a week.
COVID infection is causing the recent increase in heart attacks.

My grandmother was born in 1931 in Sweden. She is still very active and taking care of 2 houses. Memory is sharp and her only problem is eye sight . She has a twin sister which has lost a lot more memory function unfortunately. One major difference between the two is that my grand mother takes vitamins and herbs and does intermittent fasting. 😊

My mom was put on statin and started showing signs of dementia. I asked her what new meds she was on. I did research (before TH-cam banned people posting about medical side effects) Lots of info about 'global amnesia' as a side effect of certain statins (especially in women) and that many found that it went away after stopping the statin(vitamin S). Mom got her brain back after stopping Statin.
Later, because she had autoimmune pulmonary disease they put her on Depakote and that was another battle for reclaiming her brain (awful side effects)!

Well established now that statins are detrimental to brain health. But the medical doctors are too lazy to update their knowledge. Too easy for them to simply prescribe a drug and move to their next patient. Unfortunately some of them are bought by the pharma industry. 😡

Cutting the processed crap, walking half an hour or more, eating more natural foods, even home grown foods in pots on my porch/patio, helped!

I saw my cardiologist yesterday morning and told him I was concerned about the neuropathy in my toes and pads beneath my toes and told him I had heard a well known doctor on TH-cam mention that amlodopine (blood pressure medication I take) has neuropathy as a side effect. He continued writing notes and told me to stop listening to TH-cam videos. I have 3 aneuryisms from a black label medication I was given in the hospital called Levaquin (fluoroquinolones). My blood pressure was unstable last summer and I'm now on 3 blood pressure meds. My cardiologist has told me the lower my blood pressure the better. Meanwhile my balance is bad due to the neuropathy and I feel like a walking time bomb.
