You don't have to stay get on your knees and confess too God about what you going through and believe me by confessing and praying you will get the strength to move forward I did

I want to change my depression to happiness but the thing is that I'm depressed for no apparent reason it comes to me random times through out the day it's the negativity
lillyofthevalley its the demons whispering in your ear trying to Get it to your head so youll feel some type of way you dont nenessarily have to hear words but if youre happy and you suddenly feel negative its the demons whispering in your ear, I most definitely understand what youre saying 😩💪🏼👏🏼🙏🏻💕💜Say a prayer against it ask God to rebuke the demons and negativity and satan from your life and to help you through it, He is there reaching out with his gracious helping hand he just needs you to Reach out and Grab it 😩❤️🙏🏻
I will start with gratitude. What are you most grateful for at this moment in your life. Be thankful for life, for food, for shelter, for friends and loved ones. If you're grateful, you can't have room to be depressed at the same time. You will live in the present and see what your purpose is in life and then work on achieving them. Happiness is a choice. The more you show kindness and gratitude towards people, the happier you'll be. Present moment awareness throughout the day is the way to go. Spend more time to meditate, take deep breaths through your nose and breathe out slowly through your mouth and be intentional and please seek professional help if the going gets tough.
