When I needed some good amount of money for stuff (buying the third merchant license, hiring Alrond, generic stuff) I've been able to drop some juicy 40k bifelgan bounties with Osvald. A single engagement with the repeatble bosses giving some 80k each time isn't bad, you don't even have to actually win. You just have to break the boss, drop 3 Bifelgan's Bounty and then flee.
Hired help is probably the most broken skill in the game for early to beginning of late game. U literally steal the boss's money to pay 30k for easy 1/2 shot. It's literally 40k damage easy

In the early game I always refuse to buy ethers in these games so I absolutely loved Rest as an ability. Also, the fact he can use a bow made my earlygame a breeze with the Raging Beast bow!
Same. He comes up with hose combos, moves and ideas and I’m blown away. I just brute force my way through everything. My smol smooth brain can’t calculate anything more than physical attacks with some BP. Im trying to get better at setting up combos but i just can’t seem to use all these characters to their best abilities. I can learn it all but then implementing it is where I fail. Each time it’s someone’s turn I just use their strongest move instead of like looking a turn or 2 ahead and setting up someone to get a much bigger hit. Im trying my hardest to get better at that. But if I change my party out then im all mixed up and have to get used to their abilities. Mix in secondary jobs and im all over the place. Getting better though. Thank god this game has enough random encounters for me to practice on and farm exp, Jp and $ anyway.
With enough money and the final assassins from hired help you can literally spam it in the secret ultimate boss with 4 merchants. I'd say hired help still holds up late game.
I love him as thief. I was getting 20-30k damage @ lv. 34 using Aebers Reconning. Now at level 56 I’m hitting for 30-40k first turn farming. Slays on bosses too… But wow… I never thought about trying at banish on him! Definitely ARCH > THF
You can easily get 99,999 with Aebers reckoning btw! Even at lvl 50~ Battle tested sword for potency Battle tested dagger Finishers claws Sisters amulet And any speed armor Armsmaster full hp support Merchant latent power support Warrior exceed 9999 dmg support and it's extremely easy to get 99,999 first turn everytime.

I chose him as Armsmaster simply because I wanted to give my first 4 characters the advanced jobs. Also, having Temenos as conjurer, Osvald as arcanist, and Agnea as inventor.
Arcanist is cool but you don't need all the setup if everything is just dead from using him as theif. Hits damage cap even against bosses and what he doesn't kill, Hikari follows up for 150k+ damage in a single turn anyway
I'm assuming Share SP increases the amount shared to another ally...which sucks. Like, "why is this even in the game" sucks. It could see some use if it shared 50% of your SP to another ally, but each boost increased the number of allies with the fourth one targeting Partitio. Don't get me wrong, it'd still suck, but at least it would be "cool that it's there but I'm not going to use it" sucks.
Personally I build my partitio to have step ahead and boosted start so I can abuse beastling hired help for easy breaks on turn 2 saving his latent for aelfrics wisdom to enable my big damage dealers like armmaster hikari, conjourer castti, and warrior osvald to beat almost every boss in the game in no more than 4 turns save for 1 which I had a hard time with which wouldve been easier maybe but I accidentally ran gearless agnea and castti on that fight.
Hey fyi just wanted to let you know that I think you missed whether or not Partitio would make a good Conjurer and I think you have missed that with a couple of other characters as well. Could be wrong. I did scan the timeline a couple of times to check, but I am on mobile.
Partitio Hikari Ochett Cassti and Throne are the games best conjurer users. With Hikari being the games best Conjurer periods do to his Blue Mage Abilities breathing a bit more life into the class.

I like sixfold strike just because its cool to boost 6 hits with another persons critical scope
Latent Power Plus is a pretty good substitute in situations where Full Power isn't optimal. It ensures you have max BP as often ass possible.

it seems to effect all allies and can go over the SP cap so its kinda neat but yeah ive never used it outside trying to get damage cap with Temenos
