    A few others:
    1. Triple H defeating Booker T at Wrestlemania XIX to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
    2. Goldberg defeating The Fiend at Super Showdown 2020.
    3. The finish to the Hell in a Cell match in 2019.
    4. David Arquette as WCW World Heavyweight Champion.
    5. Hulk Hogan winning the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania IX.

      6. Dean Ambrose heel run
      7. the finish to the hell in cell match 2018 (it was also stopped after Brock came out and beat both competitors in a match he wasn't in)
      8. Brock winning the money in the bank match he wasn't really in. (altho boombox Brock was hilarious)
      9. most of the 24 / 7 title storyline just being jobbers chasing each other.
      10. Mark Henry getting Mae Young pregnant and her giving birth to a hand.

    *The life of me will never understand how WCW managed to completely screw up Bret Hart. The company spent loads of money of trying to bring in the company but by the time he arrived, they automatically dropped the ball with him which is absurd, considering the fact that he was coming off the Montreal screwjob. Sure he would’ve become world champion by 1999 but at that point he was damaged beyond repair in terms of his booking and by the time that happened his career would’ve probably ended from the Infamous kicked from Goldberg. Whether it's a good or bad decision, I can only speak for myself. I think it's good that The Nexus was defeated. For me, right from the start, these were a few jobbers who wanted to use force to make themselves important & they were simply put in their place. If they “really” want to be taken seriously, then they should deliver good matches. It doesn't have to be "Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels", but it has to be more than good matches over a certain period of time OR something that really makes them stand out other than just attacking other people. At the beginning, Cena, Edge, Orton were all jobbers, but at least in Orton & Cena's case a gimmick helped them. Orton also had 2 mentors, Evulotion, who supported him & Cena used his ability to rap. The rest is history.

    Dude, I think (WWE) and (NXT) should consider pairing "Rookie," talent with "Established," talent after Wrestle Mania...🤔💭
    Like (NXT) K.Jodan with Naomi (💚) since they have similar wrestling styles! Cora-Jade (🦋) with Messy Liv (🧸)🏆 or Tiffany Stratton (💼)......

    I get that punk is a favorable subject these days, algorithmically, but this fallacy of him being a draw has got to stop. Punk consistently lost viewership over all of his title runs in WWE. Sure, he was hot with a few of the current fans, but did not draw in any new ones. I remember, I was there😂. Just saying that the phrase "white hot" doesn't mean much if he lost viewership.

    • @tayojones9460
      @tayojones9460 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Dude listen to the reaction he gets. Anyone who says he was not a draw is either ignorant or a stubborn Cornette Crusader who won't let go of the past.

    • @platinumpagoda3079
      @platinumpagoda3079 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @tayojones9460 getting a favorable reaction from people already in the audience is not being a draw, it's being over with the already established fan base. Not the same thing. I know punk fans are sensitive and don't want to admit it, but the guy lost ratings throughout his career until he came into AEW...
      And he certainly never drew outside of the business. No one bought the comic books, no one saw his horror movie. What he is doing is simply popping the marks that would be there with or without him.

    i disagree with the RVD one.. if they could have booked RVD vs Taz for the title when RVD got hurt (IF he hadn't got hurt) it would have been great.
    no it wouldn't have saved the company at all, Paul Heyman himself admitted the company was doomed because he had very little money coming in, and spike tv really screwed them over multiple times, if they had actually advertised ECW was on their channel like they later did for wwe it could have made a huge difference. (granted Paul did some stupid stuff as well)

    The Invasion angle BS with vince sorta ruined most of wrestling afterwards with me. I hoped vince learned from his early BS an would not treat sting the sway.. Fooled me again.. not much interested anymore in wrestling. I watched a Women's tag match just the other day an it was so poorly done.
    90's was a Good time, didnt care how Hogan had the run over WCW he did, an i truly think Hogan an B&W NWO ruined WCW. Maybe if NWO was Shorter An Hogan left we would still have WCW today. Vince bought WCW an couldve used WCW to better talent, demoted talent to add to the roster an create a lot of unique opportunities an he completely squashed it.
    Vince was better behind the scenes when he was "An Announcer" an not known as the boss, an he couldve kept wcw ownership secret an built wcw as his own key-fabe semi-Rival with development talents an older wrestlers.
