As a gym owner who has done bodybuilding shows and sponsored local shows as well…I can say the big gap is little to no ROI in participating or sponsoring a show. The only money I could make was from product sales since the people were not local etc. An affiliate partnership with Olympia and Gyms would be a good start. Listed as an “Olympia Certified Gym” they could give exclusive access to XYZ Olympia content by buying a subscription through the gym and the gyms getting a cut. Just somewhere to start or expand from there.
