Al and AP: As a newly retired, US Marine Corps Veteran, this lawn cut, meant the world to me. My mom and dad, both served in Vietnam and these men and women, were the people that I grew up, calling "My Heros". Although my service is drastically different from the world of horrors that these men and women saw, it made me very proud to watch you help a true, honest hero. My mom, although recently passed, would be smiling down on you from heaven. These were the men that she tried to patch up and send home, so she'd be eternally grateful. Thank You for what you're doing to help others when they need it. Our military family is eternally grateful. Best wishes, for 2022. We hope you and AP and your families had a Great Christmas.
we just lost my 21 yr old nephew about 5 months ago. he was also a marine...he was involved in a freak accident at his camp..he was up for promotion all he needed to do was the paperwork end of it ..so thank you for your service and thank your momma and daddy..as my nephew Dalton would say "HOORAH"
My grandpa served in Vietnam he said to me when he was eating a hamburger he found out it was made out of dogs That the civilians gave to them 🤢🤮 :( . But I'm glad he did make it

While watching you doing this mow for this veteran it occurred to me that you are doing a service for those who served our nation and in doing that act of humility you have also served. Thank you ❤
My maternal grandpa and all 5 of his brothers served in one war or another starting with WW1. He used to tell me stories about his time in the service. I lost my second oldest brother to Vietnam. He died on the second day of his second tour. He provided gun support when they evacuated other service men by helicopter. He jumped out and landed on a land mine. It’s hard to realize it was so very long ago.
I guess you can see by the state of the house and the lawn how lonesome and lost some people might be. Thanks for knocking on their doors and make their lifes a bit more bearable and bright. And Thanks for sharing !
My husband was a Vietnam Vet who died from Agent Orange. Many thanks to you and AP for your compassion and you did a wonderful and kind gesture, helping out a Vet. Thanks for videos (timelapse is so relaxing!) and for helping people. Some of these folks have the money or physical ability etc. but they are depressed or overwhelmed with life and you give them some relief! My uncle in Melbourne Beach is a Vietnam Vet and lives in a classic hoarder house with a jungle of a yard (google earth just shows green where his house is located!). He has the money to pay someone but trusting people and PTSD don't often mix well. Keep up the good work!

Ha! My birthday was just a few days ago,.. I just turned 68,....yikes! I love your energy and good deeds.. I was the lawn-mower man for my neighborhood,...(I put the "man" in maniac). After I bought my house in 1993 I mowed several neighbors yards for free,...ones that were overgrown for years. Most belonged to older folks on low incomes, some yards were at vacant properties, too. I did it for 3 years,..and it ended up being a catalyst for change. Eventually, other neighbors would see me mowing and offered to help with pruning bushes & trees. I used a standard, power assist, gas mower with a 22 cutting area. And a line trimmer. I find that work to be fun and rewarding.

I remember once when the strimmer feed ran out i used a coil of earth wire instead, that worked well. I also used a circular saw wheel on the brush cutter. Great for a stop gap.

I just started watching you because I wanted to see how you cut that tall grass with the man’s house that may have had a stroke. I have 2 1/2 acres and have a John Deere riding mower and sometimes i have so many problems because it’s not grass but weeds. There has been times when it so overwhelming to cut. I have tried to learn how to charge the battery, fill up tires, unclog bottom, and overall it has been very hard but I have no choice. I have prayed sometimes when it has gotten too overwhelming for someone like you to come help me. I saw how expensive that one you use and could never afford that. I think what you do is amazing. I wish you lived by me.😛 you have so many views so you know that people love what you do. May you have much success for being such a good human to others.

Ha! My birthday was just a few days ago,.. I just turned 68,....yikes! I love your energy and good deeds.. I was the lawn-mower man for my neighborhood,...(I put the "man" in maniac). After I bought my house in 1993 I mowed several neighbors yards for free,...ones that were overgrown for years. Most belonged to older folks on low incomes, some yards were at vacant properties, too. I did it for 3 years,..and it ended up being a catalyst for change. Eventually, other neighbors would see me mowing and offered to help with pruning bushes & trees. I used a standard, power assist, gas mower with a 22 cutting area. And a line trimmer. I find that work to be fun and rewarding.

I remember once when the strimmer feed ran out i used a coil of earth wire instead, that worked well. I also used a circular saw wheel on the brush cutter. Great for a stop gap.

I just started watching you because I wanted to see how you cut that tall grass with the man’s house that may have had a stroke. I have 2 1/2 acres and have a John Deere riding mower and sometimes i have so many problems because it’s not grass but weeds. There has been times when it so overwhelming to cut. I have tried to learn how to charge the battery, fill up tires, unclog bottom, and overall it has been very hard but I have no choice. I have prayed sometimes when it has gotten too overwhelming for someone like you to come help me. I saw how expensive that one you use and could never afford that. I think what you do is amazing. I wish you lived by me.😛 you have so many views so you know that people love what you do. May you have much success for being such a good human to others.
