Hi!!! This is a festival called "Wakakusa Yamayaki" that takes place in Nara (near Nara Park) at the end of January. I attended in 2018 by coincidence and it was for free!! I still can't believe how lucky we were that day... It was super cold but it was a great experience afterwards, totally worth it. Seriously the best fireworks i've seen in my life!
