Ethan Kirsch: His reveal wouldn't surprise much, but it would be a nod to stu surviving his "death". Stu Macher: Finally we get to the OG, his reveal will not only have audiences in a frenzy but some not surprised at all since people been wanting him to come back and survive somehow along with Jill. He could be very unhinged and crazy and show his horrific face being scarred over the years and explaining himself how he endured jail and breeded a cult of teenagers/adults of Ghostfaces following the original plot that was scrapped for scream 3 due to columbine. Leslie Macher: The sister who wants revenge over vince and stu because of sam and Sydney of course. Danny Brackett: The typical ironic bf who's the killer in every movie, BUT. What they could do for him is two things, either A) revealing being the older ghostface or almost up in age behind detective wayne. Him being DANNY JOHNSON who orchestrated the whole domino effect of scream/stab films and creating the cult. Or B) he helps out sam and tara by the final act taking out some ghostface killers making him the first ghostface actually being a vigilante or siding with the protagonist in the series. Christina Carpenter: Her being the one who's related to sam and ex lover of billy loomis. Wanting revenge against Sydney, pulling strings in scream 5 and 6 to bring Sydney back to the chase, and reconciling her daughter to join her or be killed. Sam Carpenter Loomis: returning to scream 7 to protect her sister and friend's she made along the way from dying. While also fighter her dark passenger/inner demon and father from succumbing to the darkside. Tara Carpenter: Either she could be the ghostface behind the events from 5 and 6 or she's another red heiring leading to someone else relating to her being the killer. Kirby Reed: She could be the new judy hicks/dewey riley in this series, and the possibility of jill being alive is staggering since her and jill facing off each other through interrogations and asylum can be very interesting. Her dynamic with jill could be similar to Michael myers and Samuel Loomis. Sydney being Jill's clarice later on since kirby wanted jill under wraps from gale and Sydney for good reason. Furthermore, her being sam and tara's protector could fit her role in the series. Although i don't think she would be a ghostface, unless she's the one who will get get the Ghostface cult together so she can end all the killings from happening making that the twist where she pulls the anti-hero/killer. HOT TAKE!!! Mickey Altieri: I am not saying that Mickey is still alive. He is very much dead from having taken so many bullets. Rather, this is a hypothetical that asks what if Mickey played dead and didn't give us one last scare. OR, he had a bulletproof vest! His plan was essentially foolproof, not framing any individual, but a medium: the movies. And still to this day, he is one of the darkest killers in Scream history, from documenting his prideful works to coldly shedding his camaraderie with his friends to kill them to shooting Sidney's boyfriend right in front of her as she contemplates whether or not to untie him. Had he gotten away with his plan, he would've been one of the most infamous living serial killers of the late 20th century. So what do I think would've happened had he ended up surviving? This might sound familiar, but what I think essentially is that based on his notoriety, he would've developed a cult following (literally and figuratively) and based on his experience with Mrs. Loomis, he'd figure to recruit some followers behind bars. That's right, the original plan for Stu in Scream 3. But here's why I think it would work better for Mickey. And why I think Mickey being a way better candidate returning second to jill returning vs stu returning. Stu is a sheep through and through and the og makes that very clear. The Stu who participated in the Woodsboro Massacre would not have the leadership skills to amass his own cult. However, Mickey doesn't have that problem. Unlike Stu, it's very evident that Mickey has a history of killing people prior to the Winsdor College Murders. If he had his own finances, it's likely he still would've killed in at least some college if not Winsdor. Stu undoubtedly would've been depicted as vulnerable and even a bit pathetic by the media. Yet, Mickey would be idolized similarly to other notorious serial killers. Unlike most partnerships in Scream, both Mrs. Loomis and Mickey are the brains with the latter acting as the brawn. Also unlike Stu, Mickey has a high level of intelligence and is meticulously calculated. This is evident in how he killed the first three victims based off the names of the first three for Billy and Stu. This wasn't about being a copycat, but rather distracting the police and making them think it's a copycat before the real spree begins. Even the police car scene was carefully planned out as so to strip any protection from Sidney and make her go back to check who is under the mask by pretending to have passed out after the crash. And finally, his plan is one of the most airtight out of any of the post-spree plans in Scream, as it has little to no refutability. So all in all, I definitely think Mickey would've had the ability to lead his own cult and him surviving would've been a great subversion of expectations. Plus, I love me some Olyphant so I could do with some more in Scream. But regardless, comment down below whether you agree or disagree and whether or not you would've liked to see Mickey survive Scream 2. I honestly believe Mickey and Angelina and Jill and maybe Stu and Leslie working together forming their cult along with possibly Christina Carpenter could boil the pot and ethan returning is another possibility as well. I have an idea for a script with Stu as the protagonist. He lives in a mental hospital with other probably alive killers, like Ethan and Charlie. Some of them, like Ethan and Charlie, are sorry for their crimes, some, like Stu, are proud of their past and calls other killers his cosplayers and calls them Faceghost, that's why Stu is still being treated. One day, a Ghostface in white hoodie starts to kill everyone who might know where are they. In the end, they all met. Killers reveal themselves as Sam and Kirby, they both decided to put an end to the past and kill all killers who were left alive. Stu convinces everyone to accept their nature as killers, wearing their classic masks and black hoodies and accept the fight from Sam and Kirby.
Stu Macher, It matches with Scream 3 like how in scream 2 and 6 the family of last movie's killer coming for revenge. This time it is like Scream 3 having someone who helped plan the original come back to kill again

I feel like if sam turned and became a ghostface but still had personal conflict with it it would be cool then ethan and stu could be separate from sam as returning ghostfaces. Imagine if jason and greg werent killed and did separate killings in the movie but instead of it being for no reason it would all come together in the end

It would be fun if Angelina was the ghostface that never got caught, as in the original script she was supposed to be a ghostface but sadly cancelled. It would also be funny to see Ethan cause liek bro Your mouth, my bros mouth really became ghostface, Stu would be great, lets be honest we all would want Stu to come back but him or Ethan cant do the calling so they do the gory killing.
