    Just a small note: you wrote Nt=12 at the start, but then proceeded to use Nt=14 in the upper right and in the k calculation. Using Nt=12 yields the answers you provided

    sir how to find wire diameter of springs if we have the factor of safety value let suppose 1.5 how we can find diamter? in case of helical extension spring under dynamic loading, your response will be highly appreciated

      I'm not sure I understand your question, but this example might help. Using a coding script or an EXCEL spreadsheet usually works for design problems with iterative processes or even for varying values of d until the factor of safety is met: th-cam.com/video/4rCCXK67x6E/w-d-xo.html
