Exactly 😂
The way Bette perfectly syncs with Joan's voice when she imitated her is just poetic
Your work is always incredible! Thanks for this - it was really interesting to find out Bette Davis wore white makeup.
You didn't know about that? Yea, she came up with it herself too. She did her own make up.
It was filmed in black and white for the same reason some like it hot was filmed in black and white , to make very heavy make up ( on bette davis ,Tony Curtis, Jack Lemmon) look more realistic.
It was depicted in the show feud as well
She's even more ghastly in color, well done
Just discovered your page and these colorized versions, loving it. Thanks for your work! ✌🏼
The dead bird and rat really pops in this colorized version as did the hammer. I think Bette Davis would approve for those reasons alone. Bravo.
Loved the original but the colorized version is amazing. Thank you so much!
If that doesn't make you want to see the entire movie, nothing will! Well done.
Looks great in color! And, I will say, great job with the editing too, both the visuals and the soundtrack! It really emphasizes how much this movie is a thriller, and also how hauntingly sad the story is at the same time. Very good job!
To see the whole film this way would be such a treasure.
Brilliant job -- I would happily pay to see the entire film this way in a theater.
Yep
I would love to see the full film like this.
I love this. I am one of those people who loved colorized versions of their favorite black & white films. Send us more.
First time seeing this in color. I like it actually!
Love this movie, sang the “letter to daddy” song over and over when I was a kid.
Hello 👋 how are you doing?
