After pasting into word the outline, highlight all the text and change the font to a very common font like Calibri. Then save as outline. This is what was stopping everything. Chat GPT has a weird font that stuffs it up.

Bruh, not even designed. If you know your topic, you can select a design from the start menu of PP and write down your structure yourself. Takes half the time and looks exactly the same. What is this supposed to be? Babys first 12 IQ presentation?
This whole process will take min 30 min not 1 min and still the content of the slides and quality of ppt is very basic. There are much more efficient ways to do this task.

I was incorrect here. If you ensure you save to your hard drive and not your Pne Drive Cloud it works like a charm. Important step as he pointed out.

You cannot save to one drive must saved on your hard drive. It will work if you do this that was my issue.
