FYI, who has the ability to make the roti canai, they will get good salary from restaurant owner because it invariably the centre of the profit to them. I sometime found the roti canai maker move to another restaurant after a few year or month of working. Of course for the better offer or they open their own stall. Good effort for roti canai 👍👏

If your already familiar to the malaysian roti canai , you will notice there's slight difference between indian and malay roti canai. Not only the crispyness of roti canai , also the curry mixed has different taste
Matcha i dont think will work. It's bitter 😂 Roti canai uncle, have very good dough, it stretches so well, fluffy, sedap! Perhaps practice flipping with a wet cloth. It's not so much of a "throw" like u usually do.
Chaimaru san, if you want to learn flip roti canai you can use a piece of cloth and wet it. And try flip it like roti canai, i recommend you do this in your bathroom 😂
i think japanese love sweet flavour of food, maybe you can learn from indian here about sweet flavour of roti canai for example, roti tissue,roti planta ,roti nutella😂 and maybe normal roti canai and come with japanese style of curry 😂 let them dip and eat together😂
