- The hardest part of the fight.
For the chin I suggest staying near the center.
For the eyes, stay on the portal on the platform, or behind it.
Jewel is just a dps test.
In easy, normal, and hard mode, the chin has the most HP while the eyes have less, and the jewel has the least.
In chaos/hellux, the chin is the weakest part, the eyes and jewel share the same HP having more than the chin.

ty for the guides i couldnt figure out his reverse time bomb cause i didnt recognize i was under the timer
(so its looks like orbiting orange spheres circling around your body that i never spotted)
note: for DualBlades players took me a long time to figure out NOT to use a familiar or Gullux will be aggroed to your fam and not to your shadow image

Thanks! I kinda forgot to mention that in Easy through Hard mode, the eyes and jewel have lower HP than the chin, but in Chaos/Hellux they have more HP than the chin, but share the same amount of HP as each other.
Wish there is a practice mode for gollux, i can't keep wasting everyday trying to learn this guy

Haha yeah, they did the right thing buffing the hp of everything in reboot considering how easily you can get cubes for upgrades, and getting free % damage per level.

Hell mode. You can tell cause both of the shoulders and stomach are still alive.
Though this is before his update, so he's harder now.

Dang still looks kinda tough, but that's not because the vid wasn't helpful or anything, cause it was. I just recently started playing again and haven't played since 2012ish (I was a noob back then as well lol). So far I have a Kinesis at 150 and my daily boss runs are basically just normal Zakum and normal Hilla with an easy Papulatus whenever I feel like torturing myself cause I hate that guy and he hasn't dropped anything good. Still gotta do the quest for this dude but after that maybe I'll give easy mode a shot haha
Yeah he can be a doozy the first time around, but I know you can do it!
The mode that was shown in this video was chaos/hellux so it was the hardest version, but easy mode shouldn't give you too much trouble. That is, until the eye phase. But I believe in you!

Does hard mode drop Gollux coins? If so , how many coins does it usually drops?
Yeah, though idk how many. They haven't really changed how many you get, but they just condensed 2 separate piles of coins into one coin.
So In chaos/hellux you don't get 2 stacks of coins, one with 1 coin, and the other with 29 coins. Now you get one stack of 30. So maybe hard mode is the same.
does pressing down on the platform to avoid the hand still work?

bruh bishop cant take damage or something i saw him hitting you like 10 times ans you didnt lost a single hp
Bishop heals itself as it attacks with Angel Ray. Also my pets are using my potions to heal me as long as I'm not on potion cooldown.
Range recommended to solo hellux?
The new one has been defeated by my Bishop who has 17k INT, lvl 60 boosted bossing skills, 90% ied, and 163% boss damage. So I'd assume other classes could do it with less. Not too sure though. Only my Bucc and Bishop have defeated the new one so far.

Yup! The ways to dodge his hands in this video are outdated since he got updated.

@@TalTheBest It basically matches his animation now. Since his head moves back a bit, so does the hitbox. You get used to it, but I found it more difficult to dodge on my Bishop than on any of my classes with flash jump. Thankfully my classes can still kill him haha.
My Bucc can clearly do it since it's my main and has over 40k stat. But I was worried about my Bishop and Ark. Took a few attempts, but eventually was able to take him down. Under 20k stat is definitely doable.

Don't worry, levels don't really equate to damage lol. It all comes down to equips, levels of skills, levels of nodes, and symbols.
Oh and I guess link skills and legion also help a lot.

I probably should have waited until I was online to check for you, but off the top of my head, I think Angel ray is lvl 48, and the rest are near or under 30.
