    Previously unreleased on TH-cam!
    Here’s an audio-only (no visuals) 60-minute version of my popular “Deep Focus” track, with a beat of 8.1 Hz to keep your brain in a deep and relaxed-yet-alert state. Useful for studying and any time you need to concentrate.
    In the first 10 minutes, we’ll slow down from 14 to 8.1 Hz, and remain there for the rest of the hour. It’s as low as we can go and still be in the Alpha range … to help reduce “chatter” and keep you focused on the task at hand.
    1) "Can I keep this on my phone?"
    DOWNLOAD this here: www.brainanew.com/yt/10/focus...
    DISCLAIMER:
    I’m not a doctor. Ultimately, every person is going to have their own unique experience with binaural beats. Using this track is done at your own risk -- if you start to experience any negative effects (such as headaches), STOP using it!

    Ever since I discovered OBE, the Gateway meditation and The Jose Silva Method I've been using frequencies and binaural sounds to aid me. No one does it better than you! On my 2 years of searching and listening to hundreds of similar stuff no one can touch the amazing work you do here! From Alpha to Theta and a mix for several hours. From study to sleep I'm listening to your work. From a full heart I appreciate your craft. You have helped me traverse the universe and helped focus to achieve my goals. I love you, thanks. Scotty.

    Trying to get over the seasonal flu. Used this track to help me get some things done when I had energy.
    So I put it in a play list: 8 hrs sleep, 20 min wakeup, and then hit the chores for an hour, then nap.
    Instead it worked out, today and being sick, that I slept 8 hrs and then dreamed about getting up and getting some work done. 😅
    Glad this helps for getting deep rest. Thankful for that.

    • @bestbinauralbeats
      @bestbinauralbeats  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      You can certainly play music in the background while using binaural beats, but keep in mind that most modern music is heavy on bass which may create interference or additional (unintended) beats. If you have the ability, I'd filter out anything below 200 Hz to be safe.

      @@Sara13R This is due to the volume of the frequencies increasing and so you are able to detect certain frequencies better as they are simply louder. Sounds, vibrations, frequencies are always there, but, can you detect them? Most people will experience this same issue, but perhaps you are either i) more sensitive to changes in sound, or ii) your ability to hear certain frequencies is reduced (or made better) by the state of your innate biological hearing equipment. It could also be both.

    • @davidk7529
      @davidk7529 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Check for INTERFERENCE from other noises around you. Modern living involves a lot of sound frequencies that we sometimes don't even notice because we're hearing them all the time. Refrigerators are the worst.

      This one goes from 14hz down to the lowest jody can make it which is 8hz for deep focus as he has said in the description. The other focus tracks will shift frequencies every 10-15 minutes (im not too sure on the that interval) to "keep things interesting" for your brain so you're less likely to be distracted and it still stays in the focus enducing alpha frequency. I dont know the difference in the effect of the two and probably varies with different people. This is all i've got.
