It was very funny, reminded me of all those movies where a tough teacher is needed to connect with the kids on why learning is needed. BUT THIS ONE CAN'T!!! Ha! Loved it! Actually, it worked. If this was your teacher you would want to be smarter.
The writing of that sketch was brilliant, really put great use of Jason's physical comedy ability. And everyone did an awawesome of staying serious and keeping those angsty looks on haha
I haven't had a teacher like this - I am a teacher like this! Last year, I was teaching a series of five biology seminars at a new place on campus. While explaining a concept, I casually sat on the edge of the teacher's desk like I always do in our usual classroom - but this desk was a lightweight one with wheels. To my surprise, the desk toppled over, sending me tumbling onto my back, legs in the air. My students watched in shock, and I commend them for managing not to burst into laughter as I awkwardly stood up. This habit of sitting on desks is so ingrained in me that I had to consciously remind myself not to repeat the mistake. During another seminar in the series, I caught myself about to sit on the desk again. I declared out loud, "Nah-uh, I'm not sitting on you again!", which finally broke the ice and my students couldn't help but laugh.
I love all the cast members, the old ones, and the new ones. It's too bad that the old ones left to make another Studio (and the problem is that they don't have enough resources to make top quality sketches, but they are still decent). Nice to see Jason here again.
Now, see, THAT was terrific! The sketch actually went somewhere! It had a good, unexpected visual gag at the end, and Jason's tremendous talent was effectively employed - no one got in his way. A+! Please make more like this!
Used to love watching these videos. This sucks to say but Studio C just isn’t the same anymore. I really wish the original cast remained. There’s still hope to return to your past glory Studio C, so don’t give up
This cast is getting into the swing of things. I think they just needed to be allowed to relax and have fun. You can tell by this video they were truly amused with us.
I liked this one! The old cast made so many amazing sketches - it's hard to compete. While many of Studio C's new sketches just weren't it for me, I did like this one a lot! (And no, not just because Jason's there)
This is why if I ever become a teacher, I’m getting one of those office chairs that just has the bar to hold the back up so I could easily sit backwards and give lectures.
