Dude, I just want to say- I hope you never take down your videos because they're great for inspiration. I'm learning guitar specifically because of my love for LTS and while it's hard to believe i'll ever be able to play on a level even close to this- it's great seeing other people reaching the high bar TK set.
@@DisturbedVette With all due respect to Buckethead (which is possibly my #1 as a solo artist guitarist) and Tosin, but TK has his style as well and it's proven to be very influential xD It's not about the technical level, but leaving your mark and inspiring sound.
@@ceraunophiliccovers1307 I could've sworn I replied to this comment already, but yeah tk's musicality is where he really shines. and to be fair a lot of the stuff he does on guitar is pretty insane, I recently found "like there is no tomorrow" and the solo is like holy shit! If a boomer ever says some shit like "shredding has no feel" I'm directing them to that video. He has both technical skill and musicality and i think that's what makes a lot of his guitar parts and music so fun to play and perform (at least for me anyway).
@@DisturbedVette Exactly!!! Well, recently (this is pretty ironic) I went to listen to Buckethead again and well... Okay, we just have to appreciate every musician out there with no comparison! All of these fellas make absolute bangers in their own style, and despite their different techniques and complexity, they manage to make it catchy, and that's a hella epic thing!! (I have tons of funsies playing LTS/TK's stuff as well!!)
Get a telecaster and set it to the neck position, that’s the simplest way. OR If you want you can see the gear he uses here: equipboard.com/pros/toru-kitajima You can buy TK’s signature guitar which is either the AC TK (which is what TK mainly uses but i think it’s out of production) or the PA/LS TK. But you’ll need to buy through a proxy service like Zen Market (AC TK can be found on ebay but beware because there have been horror stories of eBay’s international shipping. Though I’ve had no issues personally buying things from outside the country on eBay). If you just want pickups, the PA/LS TK according to the Schecter website is equipped with a Seymour Duncan STL-1 and a Schecter Monster Tone II. The website does not specify which is neck and which is bridge. A quick google search for the STL-1 reveals that it’s a bridge pickup, so the monster tone is a neck pickup. The monster tone II cannot be found for sale, so you’ll have to opt for the Schecter Monster Tone PT Neck which I’m sure is almost the same thing. So Seymour Duncan STL-1 (bridge), Schecter Monster Tone PT Neck (neck). As for the amp he uses a black face fender twin reverb. pedals: equipboard.com/pros/toru-kitajima/gear/effects-pedals#effects-pedals Have fun trying to replicate TK’s gear if you’re into that. Edit: I discovered equip board exists

Watch guys like bucket head and tosin abasi play, then it won’t be so hard to believe you’ll get up to TK’s technical skill level lol.

Die meets hard is so perfect

What kind of stuff do I need to get this kind of tone with a strat?
1 overdrive, 1 or 2 delay and 1 phaser
on a serious note, a compressor helps.
Where I can DM to you?
so nice TAB please~~ご苦労様
Can you tell me why you cover the 1st string's ?
by the tape
Because the strings get caught in the pickup!
But your play skill ,copy acuracy and style each are awlsome! Thank you for uploading!
Thank you!🕺🏻
How to get that tone
Chocolate Booster
・ARION STEREO PHASER
・SCHECTER PA-LS/TK (STWH)
This is my main equipment!
