@bashirade-jamiu The "!" refers to a math term called factorialized, the release year would be every number before x multiplied. (i.e. 1 × 2 × 3 × 4 × 5 = 5!) So 98! Would be 1 × 2 × 3 × 4...all the way up until 96 × 97 × 98.
