When Ratan Tata joined the Tata group as MD, he signed MOU with the government (that time bihar now jharkhand) that to extract the mines from jamshedpur acquired Adivasi's land with the agreement that Tata group will give them job, will build 1-2 room house for them, school for their children and after retirement one person from their family can join the job. Those adivasi are given their land and since then they are living in worse conditions. Earlier they grew some crops for their living, now they are working as slave labour who collects pieces of metal from the garbage of the factory to sell the kabadi to meet their daily needs.
As per constitution, no contract can be given to any one more than 99 years but Mr. Ratan Tata bribed the congress government and forced them to make a special provision for the Tata group for 999 years.
