Your rings are amazing and I love all your tips. Could you do a video on where you purchase your materials like your opals, cores, carbon fiber. Keep up the amazing videos, you inspire others to be creative!
I ordered two rings from him. It took a while due to demand. Keep in mind, this is one man doing his best to fulfill hundreds of orders. It took just over 2 months to get my rings but OMG they look great! Worth the wait unless you have a specific timetable. Perhaps there is room for extradition. I should have thought of that.
Wow !!!! So skillfully done !!! Beautiful work 😊
Watching an artist like you work is like watching magic.
this ring is so elegant with all the colours
Very pretty... opal is a wonderful material and the contrasting brass and mahogany really make it pop !!
Fantastic design and build. Very attractive ring. !!!
I am going to attempt to buy one of my own next week or so! Absolutely stunning - im a guy but there is just something alluring about having a stunning ring, not getting married or anything, i just like rings lol
Hi! What's that black liquid you put on metal string to turn them black? Metal paint?
Such creativity! You are quite the talent. I could not help but notice how well manicured your fingers are. You are wise to take such good care of them, considering the various materials you work with and their drying tendencies. All of your designs are beautiful, but the ones you incorporate a variety of different materials to are definitely the most fascinating. Keep up the excellent work!
these are absolutely amazing the shine the sparkle it’s just, wow, you are amazing
i love opals and your videos featuring it makes me really happy, and its very relaxing to watch your videos!
Your work is absolutely stunning. I would love to wear that ring! I have watched every video you have, they just amaze me. I love every single one. Thank you for sharing your talent.
I really like that you do everything by hand, so meticulous ! just a normal lathe with normal tools ! yet, amazing !
Such a unique ring ...so interesting watching it be created ..thanks for sharing.
Holy Heck, You are back! I thought you had stopped for good. Glad to see content coming out again!
I randomly stumbled across this channel and ngl i can watch this all day. I love these rings and that wood and black opal combo is really cool ive never seen wood in a ring used so nicely i also saw the solid opal ring you did. That was stunning!
Amazing work, the colors complimented one another. It’s a treat to watch it from start to finish.
Your work is spectacular! It's so beautiful! All your videos are wonderful and the rings are gorgeous!! 💓💓
I love the stuff you make. You're a huge inspiration for me and my tiny little channel where I film me making rings. You're ideas are awesome and make sure to keep up the amazing work!
Awesome! The spacing with the Opal is perfect.
Love your videos and explanations. Thankyou. I'm just getting started into ring making, have my lathe, few lathe tools, UV resin, UV LED setup and really want to try some of the rings you have put into your videos.
loving your vids mate and as a maker my self i've never actually binge watched anything but you've got me hooked
Another excellent and very beautiful finish thank you 🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
You planning on putting out anymore videos? Youre the only channel I can find doing this with a regular wood lathe, really inpsired me to give it a try.
I'm addicted to your videos now!
Fantastic ring. Very cool opal inlay.
Beautiful! I love seeing the new and recurring techniques you use to make the gorgeous rings.
love your videos and the walkthrough guide. You are extrememly talented and creative.
My favorite one you have done so far. 👍👍
Great combination that you used dude, a real craftsman
Really like the colours and design always so uniqueeee
I think this is one of my new favorite rings, but I think the Walnut Burl with Crushed Opal is still my favorite :)
Ive told you before but my god you do wonderful work! Wish i had half the talent you do. Nicely done!
Definitely a great quality looking ring and you have a way of making it look simple so people can try it on there own great video keep it up
That's my favourite of all you've done!
just when i think"wow coolest ring ive ever seen" you go and put out another video!
Your rings are incredible and surprisingly very affordable. Something I think you should think about is maybe have like a few weeks where they can order the ring just to try it out before they buy it, and if they don’t like it they can send it back.
Have you made a video on the different products you use and where you get them?
😀 combination of mahogany and opal fits beautifully. I greet and wait for the next episode
*Total Awesomeness*
Each new video is better then the last...
Thanks
Great video. What type of chisels do you use? Just some small general wood carving chisels? They look smaller than lathe chisels.
Right now it was cooler than the first one and I got your third one and I'm going to watch it
Hey brother,I stumbled into your TH-cam channel and man I’ve got to tell you that I having fun watching it,By the way Hi from the Marshall Islands..Thanks
Love the ring, I really like the clear coat finish in you rings, looks very durable.
Some what simple, but quite magnificent at the same time. Great job!
My dude...you need more videos. I love the work you do!
That is mighty fine. One day I'm going to make a cool ring like that.
Awesome looking ring man, hope to see much more from your channel
I don't understand what a black epoxy ring core is? would you mind explaining how it is make or where to purchase? thanks.
Beautiful work! You make me very nervous when you set the ring inside the chuck as you sand it. One slip of your knuckles or finger and they’re gone! I don’t know of a better way but something safer has to work as well.
That's the coolest ring I've seen. Your awesome!!!
I love your videos, all your rings) amazing. My wife and I were looking for a hobby to do together, and would really appreciate it if you could you do a video on getting started with rings, what you need to buy, and where you can buy it from etc. Although I appreciate that you may not want to give all your secrets away since you are selling rings as well
I would like the ring plz......my grandpa had a ring kinda like that and he died recently we kept it with him..
@@batvlog4806 he actually sells theese rings, think you can find link in his bio
Usually people don’t mind sharing knowledge even if it’s their business, people only care when they know they’re not good enough to stay ahead of you
I highly doubt that is the reason for the lack of reply. He literally walks you through step by step of how to make this and a few other rings in other videos. Also, a quick Google search of the names of the equipment and tools used in this video will turn up the sellers you're inquiring about. Tbh though, you'd be better to do something a little more physical that either requires 2 people to cooperate to achieve a goal or, something laid back like biking and hiking. I mean there's a lot of options these days, so I guess it's more of a matter of preference. Hope ring making works out for you guys. *Edit*: BTW yes I realize it's been 4 months since you posted this, but I'm sure you've came across people who would wait for an answer instead of actively seeking it as well. ✌️
Look at the devices he uses
This is so beautiful it hurts.
This is awesome. Do you have to use the uv resin? Can you use CA glue instead? Where can I buy the UV resin and light if I wanted to try it? Thanks.
Amazing job congrat budy you chose beautiful wood for ring where did you buy uv resin it is expensive ?
This ring looks very elegant, that is true. But the walnut-blue opal combination to me seems the perfect combination. :-)
I like the turned wooden ring away more than the bentwood ring. Dunno yes bnt one it looks good and nice finish but ...
I love all of your rings... 👍😍
Another gorgeous ring!!! 😍😍
That looks so cool I want it so bad. Good job.
Stunning. You are very talented.
This is one of my more favorites that you have done. Still not loving the inside epoxy part.....but we each have our own things we like and don't. Thank you for sharing your craft!
What kind of lathe do you use. Beautiful rings...
what a great ring.love the mahogany and opal in this one.
Is this some kind of special epoxy .. what is it called . Is it flexible because it's cast as a thin sheet
Beautiful ring, truly amazing. I would love to make something like this, it must be so satisfying. Keep up the inspirational work!
What chuck is thay? I just got one to try making a ring with but didnt realize it only can close down to 1.6". Will be roo large to put a ring inside for finsihign. Bummer lol
i find your videos absolutely fascinating! and this ring is simply stunning.
What is the liquid where you submerge the ring at the end? And what kind of lamp do you use to dry it?
I have always made rigns out of solid blocks of wood, i'll have to try veneer
Wow! Great job
You do beautiful work continue doing what your doing
What set of tools do you use? Looking for a smaller set of hss or carbide tools that are smaller.
I LOVE this ring!! I have a thing for black opals. I have several pieces, from Australia that are gifts and would love a ring like this. What would a ring like this cost?
that looks great, like the smaller form factor. I was just looking at a video with Lichtenberg Wood Burning technique and epoxy, wonder how that turns out on a ring!
Living in Norway, it is practically impossible to get veneers of any kind. Consequently I have to look abroad hoping to find somewhere to buy small sheets of veneers - but I don't know where to start looking. Can you possibly help out, providing a link for me?
Beautiful as always
Look out!! I bought a ring in there normal shop and paid for the ring full but after that there was no response at all! So sad because I loved that rings but it seems to be criminal because I paid and got nothing and no response at all.
Your work is amazing. My husband is not a jewelry wearer (other than his wedding band) and he actually says these are rings he would love to wear. Do you sell your work or just do demos and giveaways?
How long before a ring like this will start to fade and look old? just wondering if it can last for many years, like a wedding ring.
Awesome outcome
Nice, job!!! Ace process!
I wish I knew where to find that epoxy for the inside
I can't wait for the next video. Also, if I do not have a light bath could I focus a UV light at the ring while it spins on the lathe? I think this would work but i have not worked with the material before.
How do you size the rings? Love the videos btw
How pretty!! Amazing!
Hello I am just curious, how long did it take to make this ring?
Beautiful ring and well done video! I enjoyed thoroughly.
You make beautiful rings, I really enjoy your videos. Can you possibly tell me what you are using to cure your Alumilight? It looks like a nail dryer, but there are LEDs and UV bulbs and different wave lengths. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
That's a gorgeous ring
Your awesome at doing this! I love the videos! You make it look easy, but I know it’s definitely not! Keep up the great work!
Total Awesomeness
love this ring, woulfd love to find this in my christmas stocking, keep up the good work
Wow just wow nice job
Can you DIY epoxy ring core?
do you have a list of the tools you use?
Woodrings are gorgeous... much better than metal rings.
This is a beautiful ring
Awesome! Love your art. Thank you for sharing
