Something about this, 6 years after I started playing Deemo, makes me so, so happy
congratulations rayark for making a big jump. Many companies go the other way and move to phones. This is a big upgrade to the kind of games you can develop from now on . Keep it up!

They've already done port to the PS Vita, as well as the Nintendo Switch. So this isn't really anything new.
Beside, their main games (aka the ones getting updated the most frequently) are still on android/IOS.
It was always mobile and it’ll continue being the main flagship for Rayark, at least for rhythm games. Every port they’ve come up with is simply because the Japanese market loves their different versions of the same exact game.

I remember being dragged to go camping in the middle of nowhere and being so bored, I played Deemo all night till dawn! I thought my thumbs would break! So glad to see Rayark games getting an upgrade; Saika is a favourite of mine.

I remember my friend in high school showed me what deemo was in photography class back in 2015 and he showed me this song and Wings of Piano, and i still love the game today. Im SO excited about what’s coming!

Rhythm games like that always implores for a keyboard, so I will wait for a PC port.
Rayark's rhythm games are all touch-based by default. So PC are arguably the least suited for them.

@@MarkDream35 I'm not familiar with the PS4, but I agree it is a rather odd choice for this remake, as an exclusive no less. Guess they really wanted to put the emphasis on the story & atmoshpere...

솔직히 라인의 구별이 없다는게 디모만의 개성이였는데... 그게 사라져버리니 브금과 스토리를 제외하면 다른 리듬겜과 다 비슷해져버렸다는게 좀 아쉬움
그리고 3d도 야아악간은 걱정됨. 2d를 3d로 바꾼다는게 보통 힘든게 아니니...

@@judson5203 I did try. It's not about the size of images, it's about contrast and angles. Same thing happens to me with BOTW, no matter whether I use the TV or put the Switch right in front of my face, I can't see many angles well (I have very severe eyesight problems and depth perception is a huge issue for me) and when it's night in-game, I have to put the brightness on max or I can't distinguish stuff 'cause it all looks gray. (I don't have color blindness, btw. My doctor checked.)

I see the [_] and /_\ buttons like on a PS controller, so this particular one is on Ps4! :)
Any idea as to how to perform the sliding golden notes on a controller? Is it pressing the sequence of buttons? Using the touch pad?
TypeFinalMagic it seems that you have to press down the button when the gold notes hit the line, so what you actually have to do is slide your fingers over the buttons while pressing down in the same motion as the drag

How do the slide notes work? Do we press the buttons as it comes down individually or do we hold the buttons down?
If I had to guess, you'll have to keep the previous button pressed down until you press the following button... if that makes sense.

Not really, there are already multiple rythym games on console. Like the project diva series, Taiko no tatsujin, etc. It’s just a bit unexpected for a touch base rythym game like Deemo to be on a console.

Is great game but... Is only of I think, but anything doesn't feel right with this big jump to the TV, and yes is great the graphics, but have changed some notes and with the control is very rare to play deemo(is only my opinion)
So, how do you play this with a controller?
I see that there are 2 colors for notes(Well technically 3 with slides) so that probably means something, but i doubt this will be a 2 button rythm game, but i don't see how else you could play this, there are too many note "lines"...
And they are not even actually note lines!
It shows at the start. There are six "spaces" from leftmost to rightmost it's left, up/L1, right, square, triangle/R1 and circle. Don't know the meaning of the white/black. But there are also lines which takes two "spaces"
