🔴Which of the Nissan Frontier's mentioned problems do you think Nissan should prioritize fixing? 🤔 🏆7 PROBLEMS With Toyota Tacoma You MUST Know WATCH HERE 👉th-cam.com/video/VMbvOIkGOqI/w-d-xo.html
Best value in the segment, simpler and more reliable than the others in the segment. Typical comments he made by someone trying to impress neighbors or friends - go ahead and buy the GM's or Ford - and enjoy all the trips to the dealer for recalls. Fancier screens and higher prices don't make them better than the Nissan.
None of this are negatives bro. The main selling point of the Frontier is that it has an naturally aspirated V6, which makes it much more reliable than it’s competition. Reliability is the wording here, and that’s why people are ditching the Tacoma for the Frontier.
Oh look a bot with zero experience with a frontier Lets debunk shall we? 5: "Mediocre towing and payload" Have you seen what the Tacoma ratings are? They litterally compete with eachother and fronteir for 2025 has a much higher tow rating....and you debunk yourselve 😂 4: "dated interior" Issa truck, dont need it to be a spaceship. Lacks refinement? Have you felt a ranger? And the cabin in my frontier is dead silent, no squeaks anywhere. 3: "not very roomy" Still has more backseat space then a tacoma, my lil bro who owns a tacoma even admited that. And who compares an SUV to a truck when talking trucks 😂 2: "terrible resale' You never priced the market clearly. Early 3rd gens are still going for low to mid 30s. The resale isnt as bad as the haters make it out to be. And build quality? Rangers are built like sh!t and the tacoma is built like sh!t 1: "price point" Frontier is still at a lower price point for a fully loaded one then anything else in class. Go buy a fully loaded tacoma and its hitting 90k. Hell you cant even get a fully loaded SR5 cheaper then a fully loaded Pro-4X (based on MSRP) None of your "problems" are actual problems 😂
My friend has Nissan frontier has never had any problems! Been towing trailers from south to north without any problems! My only problem is I bought the Nissan frontier 2024 and I'm so obsessed with keeping it shiny and clean!😊
Show me a Ranger with 300k miles that hasn't been rebuilt a time or two. My first Frontier (99) had 296k when I bought it. A more faithful truck I have never owned. Only sold it because I got a heck of a deal on a 2000 crew cab 4x4.
@@09mlb86I appreciate that you've had a hell of an issue with your truck.. But you're 1 person who had this issue on a used truck no less. If this was pervasive... Wouldn't we be hearing from even a handful of people about it?
Well they got one thing right, the Frontier is adorable. With the issues Toyota is having with their turbo engine people are flocking to the Frontier. The Frontier as of today has a very high resale value as people are pleased with the non- turbo V6 engine. I have zero issues with the interior of the 2024. Haven’t even seen the 2025 yet. Reliability wise, most experts on TH-cam praise the Frontier’s reliability. Let’s see Toyota match that. As for Rangers, good luck even finding them on the lot. Video is just wrong across the board.
I had a gladiator 2022 got rid of it have a 2024 frontier pro x 4 Baja Sand metallic every available option including leather and moonroof and I love it so stop drinking Hatorade😉🤠
What I have researched in quality and reliability for 23-25 year models Nissan is leaving them all in the dust not to mention, Ford, Chevy , jeep that are broken in dealer garages.
We're not going to include the Honda Ridgeline here. Yet we compare headroom with an SUV. I dunno. It's personal preference. Keep in mind, as far as me 6', 240lbs, there is no "midsize" truck. I consider these small trucks. I've looked at them all. The Ranger I admit seemed the roomiest, my just a bit. But I hate the looks. The Colorado is small. Too small for me. I am definitely leaning to the Frontier. None are perfect, but the Frontier has all I would need without too much tech crap, a cheaper price, and a solid reliability record. I don't offroad enough to pay the extra $10 grand for the top line of the competition. The problem right now is, the economy, interest rates, and that ALL vehicles are just way overpriced.
Not a single thing you mentioned matters to me. These are very good trucks. I bought one over the Taco and Ranger and love it! Here’s the list you should have used: 1. Turning radius is bad 2. Passenger seat should be power adjustable 3. Steering should be easier w/ better power assist. 4. Rear window slide should be powered.
The only thing I can say is, this guy must have bought a midsize truck other than a frontier and now regrets it. I own a new 2025 frontier, and the only thing I have done so far is the differential breather mod, tinted windows, and some graphics. It's a great little truck!!! The only other thing I might change is making the hood open more. Easy fix.
Right, but here's the thing. With a 4-cylinder EcoBoost at almost Max capacity is a recipe for disaster. There's no replacement for displacement. And having that naturally aspirated 6-cylinder will prove to be quite a bit more reliable when towing.
Thats what nissan was going for,the Simplicity of the interior, more suitable for middle aged folks, the ones that 8-10 will be able to pay for them full term, and keep.for 10+yrs....most younger generations, are competing with the jones's....silly,but reality.
Towing capacity is still good. Why would you want a luxury interior? It's still nice. Actually, the cabinet is more comfortable and spacey. It's better than the Tacoma. Head is good. Resale value is still good. Are you sure you review the right midsized truck? You probably review the Tacoma. 😊😅
I like my 22 Frontier simple interior is better then having a giant touch pad that could die and cost money to repair. And if I was in the market for another midsize truck I would grab yet again another Frotier.
this guy is an actual smooth brain taco fanboy. I bought a 2012 pro4x and that thing did not have a SINGLE thing go wrong with it. just regular maintenance. I have beat the shit out of that thing on FSR's and in the snow up to the headlights. Ive highcentered it, had it up on three wheels and ground that fucker over boulders. Ive also had a pallent of stone in the back and buried the thing and she still took it. And when I say I am on the throttle all the time i mean it. Ive also probably done at least 50,000k in 4high at highway speeds in the Canadian interior winters. The only thing it could not do was tow my dads 5ton with 2 pallets of block but come on lol. I bought the thing for 30k and its market rate is 13 to 15k now with 250k on it 12 years later. I am only considering trading it in now for these badass newones that keep to the beat me up 4x4 spirit.
I suggest an entry level motor such as a three litre making about 220/200 horsepower/torque numbers. Whether they want to use a down sized version of their V6, an inline six cylinder or an inline four cylinder is fine. Just keep it simple and non-turbo, please. Also, a six speed manual option. It is supposed to be a sport truck after all.
I agree that this is a very biased report and negative - the author needs to buy themselves a new 2025 Ford Ranger with a turbo assisted engine and drive it for 7 yrs. and then come back tell us when the turbo blew out and required extensive motor repair..all the while we' will still be driving our 2025 frontier..after that ;then we can listen to the author just how great the Ford Ranger is 😮
This so-called review is stupid and wrong. My goodness. What a Miss. You want a good truck? Get a Nissan frontier you want something that'll break down. Get a Ford or Chevy
The Colorado is so badly unreliable and flawed it cannot be used as a comparison to anything - Colorado strand their owners with dead battery and spend most of their lives in dealer service parking lots waiting for backordered parts.
That is exaggerated. Show me the proof. They do have issues, yes , but the manufacturer is trying to address them ASAP.....unfortunately you do not have patience, before you start calling me an idiot.
@@ramaswamynarayanaswamy4806 Well, I went to the Chevy dealership last week to possibly pick up a colorado and they couldn't show us the stock number we wanted - why? Because the battery was dead, why? because the brake booster module went bad and bricked the car. It is still not fixed and still waiting for parts - that is a Colorado with 0 miles on it. Patients...for Chevy to un-F their 45K truck. I'm not going to drop tons of cash on a severely broken vehicle - I went across the street and bought a 2025 frontier - love it!!!

How much did Toyota pay you to make this video?
I like the simple, without needless complexity. And I can get a 6' bed. Right now, the Nissan is my next truck...
I hope they spend the time to weld your frame together

Frontier will outlive them all.
Yep naturally aspirated. They not taking a 2L and turbocharging. BS video.

Planned for long time to get new tacoma and now after considering all the recalls and pricing on toyota i think frontier will be better option.

My Frontier is on its 3rd frame in 16k miles. They are completely incompetent and have no idea how to build or fix a truck
If i was in the market to buy, this would be it.
This is the one that i am looking at.
Dude nissan has one of the best resale value of trucks
My frame wasn't welded together at the factory and Nissan sent the wrong replacement frame. My trucks been in pieces at the dealership.

My Frontier has been sitting 3 years now with Transmission problems. A new transmission is 10,000.00
What year?
Pricing, it will depend on the geographic area. Big cities give better deals because of the other competitive dealers

If you need all the cushy amenities, spend another $20,000 or more. Test drive before you buy. These are nice trucks for the money nowadays.
You forgot to mention that Chevy Colorado comes with on board mechanic stationed in cargo area with wrench in hand.

I just looked at a loaded pro 4x long bed sharp looking truck. 50K sticker,
This is a pretty funny video - so you are saying there are no actual problems to speak of with the 2025
Has a 4th gen Taco as his profile pic telling others not to buy a Frontier… oh the irony 😂

When did frontiers tacos and rangers become mid-size? They've always been mini trucks.
