Thank you for another fab tutorial with lots of ideas. I love all the cards you made, but the rabbit is my favourite, the colours and design of the print work perfectly 😍
Great video and great technique! When I’m using my Versafine Clair ink, the ink bead up on the surface. I didn’t see on your video that you have the same problem….. what did you do to avoid this?
🙏🎈❤️Thank you. This was lovely. When I used to do linoleum block printing, we used a barren to press the paper evenly onto the block. So far, I haven’t seen any gelli plate printers using one. Is there a reason for that?
Thank you so much , that was so inspiring and you explained everything so clearly. Just one question if you don’t mind. I have been told to only use acrylic paint on my gelli plate. Would the Versafine Clair not stain it? Thank you again.
So glad you enjoyed this. As you could probably see, my plates are stained (mostly from using alcohol inks). The staining is cosmetic only and does not affect the print process. I find that a good wipe over with baby oil fetches a lot of staining off the plate (as well as keeping it in good condition). The Versafine Clair doesn't seem to leave any substantial staining behind after doing this. Hope this helps.
Definitely loved your video and the brilliant stencil based suggestions; beautiful cards created! 🥰👍🏾💫 Thank you for sharing!
I really enjoyed your videos. Fun techniques! I agree, super cool how the rabbit coordinated perfectly.
These are great prints. Nice techniques!
my favorite is the light mandala one! thank you for sharing your process.
Really beautiful cards. I am still new to gell plates, and making cards with the prints has been the hardest part. That night sky was just perfection
Very nice thank you. I had never seen using isopropyl on the ink for a reaction
Thank you Teresa. Your videos are clear and inspiring x

I use one all the time with mine and have had no issues with my plate. I do not press hard, but firmly.
I prefer to use my hands as I can feel the pressure I am applying. Just my preference, I guess.
Where can you get versatile Claire inks
Versafine Clair are available online or in good craft stores.

Would love to purchase the die cuts featured by Marlene as pictured above, but can not find them anywhere.
Where abouts are you? I found a couple on eBay from America and Amazon also have them if you're UK.
@@ChrisAndCats I live in South Carolina
@@mskrcole the eBay ones that came up for me in the uk were both posted from America - you want to search for tim holtz wild flowers 2.
@@ChrisAndCats Thanks, but I want the booklets that are done by Marlene not the dies by Tim Holtz.
@@mskrcole ah ok, I misunderstood what you were looking for ☺
