Didn't play the chapter properly before because I didn't have a guide...now tried to go back and do the chapter again (I'm currently chapter 13) and it's not possible byleth Retroactively
Hey, so I’m having trouble finding the Resonaunt Lightning strategy on my strategy list, I have the right amount of strategy points to do it, but it only shows up as ‘???’ and I can’t choose it either, can I get some help with that?
Before heading to the story mission make sure you complete all of the battles on the map. One of the areas will give you the survey spot to get Resonaut Lighting.

@@Josh_IsMe You can skip Alois step. You don't need to kill him/ he can also be recruited.
This video changes everything. I didn't know Mateus had an influence on the rest of the battle.
I just did this chapter and I didn't know you could recruit them, I killed jeralt and now Byleth wants to kill me :(
