ill give a tip - use this on the 4h/daily so when u get a legit signal on h4 then drop to m5 and use the entry method again except only trading with the direction of the h4 signal
so when you get the signal on H4, then you drop to M5 and wait for the signal again and trade in the direction of h4? Or i drop to m5 and trade immediately?

It really depends on the settings where the arrows are. When de page is long in tradingvieuw, de arrows change and it could be verry different (under the 20 of 50 EMA) So it's nog very usefull

Results were sub-par, i.e. making more loss than profit. I have tried with few cryptos only and on a 5m chart. I see good gains on 1h, but samples are very low i.e. hardly one per month on BTC.
Your pine script is probably not taking trends into account. It should reject signals that go against the trend or are indecisive. Not every signal is an entry. In my experience, even the most basic strategies I tried making pinescripts for would fail, or didn't trade enough to have a good sample size, like you said. This is almost always because of trends and support and resistance lines, that the scripts don't take into account. Most of these strategies require you to do general technical analysis to select which signals are good entries, where exactly to set the stop-loss and where to set the target.

You can move the fractals in and out of between the EMAs just by changing the height of the candles. Am I doing something wrong or..?

It doesn't matter how high or low the arrow is, it matters where the top or the bottom of the candle with the arrow is.

Fees are percentages for the most part. It won't matter whether you trade with 100 or 100k
