    Thank you very very much for
    Your experience of the GDMBR! I love the way you pointed out your “mistakes” and how you dealt with them! Next year I will retire and start the GDMBR. The more I see videos of the ride the more I like the route. I also know, every time, I WILL, encounter challenges, it will be hard, but that is to be expected. I am looking forward to your next episode! Thanks! From the Netherlands 🇳🇱

    One of my favorite sections was Del Norte to the New Mexico border. The climb over Indiana Pass was a kicker. We hit the fall colors perfectly in late September a couple years ago and coming out of Platoro the leaves were so bright yellow! Absolutely beautiful!

      Yeah that is one of my more memorable days as well! It felt great looking at the elevation profile as well for the rest of the ride.

    Congrats! Another excellent production. Glad you were taking the time to enjoy it. I'm back on the GDMBR in August to finally finish the ride (from Silverthorne, CO where I my ride ended last year) so this episode was really compelling. Looking forward to New Mexico!

      I really enjoyed staying at "The Pad" in Silverthorn, if you didn't stay there last time you visited, check it out this time around.
      Also, what size tires did you have on your BC?

      @@MoveWithMurph That's where I stayed! I loved that it was right on the route and the vibe was really great. A great place to end my ride. I was running Surly Dirt Wizard 2.8's on the Bridge Club. I love the stability. Also very impressed that you noticed.

      Seeing the leaves, and potentially seeing snow in my opinion is worth it, the aspens are stunning.

    Do you think it would be possible to do the route starting from Eureka on a ebike with throttle? I'm not fit enough but want to enjoy the views.

    • @MoveWithMurph
      @MoveWithMurph  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not sure what the range on the bike you would be using is, but I feel like there will not be enough powers sources. Maybe look into doing it on a dirtbike.
