- I am a beginner in this sport, having started diving one month and a half before and doing less than one dive per week. So this is my 7th or 8th attempt to free dive. Here I am reaching the 20m depth. The total duration of this attempt was 1:20' and took place in Vouliagmeni, Greece on 13 of August 2019.
The course's instructor was Dimitris Koumoulos (www.onebreath.gr), from whom finally I got this lovely video as proof to remind me that, yes man....! It wasn't a dream! It was really me down there! And definitely, I want to go there again!
Very nice! I held my breath with you! I can’t wait to start a course myself.
So nice to hear that you are inspired! Let me know your progress!
Me too. Someone booked me in and I can't pull out now.
good job! equalizing is the hardest part..looks like you mastered it well.
This girl makes it look so easy
FANTASTIC well done! 😁👍 You are one of very few who can do that, quite an achievement. Respect.
Thank you for your kind words! To be true i train among very good athletes that are champions in world competitions and i swear i have a lot of work to do to reach their depths, -70, -100, -120! Believe it or not, i m just in the start of this journey! 🤗
You look sooo comfortable! Nice job.
Thank youuu! 🙏👌☮️💙
Wow! I'm jealous! I just finished my freediving course and can just make it to 10m, haha.
That's how we all started! Keep practicing and all is coming!
awesome. well done. nice and relaxed. :)
the weather is good, no current.. but still need to wear a safety lanyard while diving those depths.. dive safely guys
What is that?
I agree but she did have someone diving with her and it’s not to incredibly deep
@@willcd a small rope which keeps the diver connected to the main line
7 or 8 times in the wate and already hitting the 20m mark? That's damn good.
Congrats...
Nice job! Please wear a safety lanyard.
This looks like heaven
Great.. Very relaxed
Great job... 👏😄😎👌
Longer fins.. deeper dive
true!
Nice! :)
you would easylie made 30m on such a dive!
Actually 30m came really soon after! Thank you for commenting!
Υπεροχη.
👌👍
What is the clicking noise that u hear under water??
Animals
And I can't even go 10 seconds underwater
Do you have to go slow on the way up to avoid the bends or does that not apply here ?
I am no expert but to my small amount of research on youtube. Yes you ha e to go up slowly to avoid a black out. I hope this helps. I free dive at springs in Florida but I can't go more than about 25 feet down.
No bends only applies when you breathe compressed air at depth. She can come up as fast as she likes
@@DisciplesHyper I have just started free diving so I’m quite new to it. How can I get deeper without hurting myself?
Thank you
@@D.com.D Find a diving center in your area and take freediving lessons. Never freedive alone 🙏
In freediving there's no need to slow down or pause for a while as you ascend
@@Christiana_M Ευχαριστω!
How old are you on this Video?
Never ask a woman her age. To partially answer to your question I m over 40 and below 50. Aging does not stop you from freediving anyway!
Κάτσε κάτω...καθόλου έξω μόνιμα μέσα 😉🧿
Что за место?
this is not real🤠🎥
no oxygen
What about not having an oxygen tank makes it fake?
@@Exotic-ps7vi this girl is
not a fish 🐟🎏 bro
@@arjunsaha8896 There are people that dive 100m+ with just one breath. It's definitely not fake.
yeah its fake, everybody knows you cant breath underwater...
@@bizzarz6302 Thank you!
Seeing you train is giving me the confidence to start diving too. Just wish I had friends to come with me but here’s to making friends in ocean! 🌊🤿🐠
All you need to start diving is to find a freediving instructor that can show you the technique and the safety principles. Just take a course 🙏 And all is coming!
