  • I am a beginner in this sport, having started diving one month and a half before and doing less than one dive per week. So this is my 7th or 8th attempt to free dive. Here I am reaching the 20m depth. The total duration of this attempt was 1:20' and took place in Vouliagmeni, Greece on 13 of August 2019.
    The course's instructor was Dimitris Koumoulos (www.onebreath.gr), from whom finally I got this lovely video as proof to remind me that, yes man....! It wasn't a dream! It was really me down there! And definitely, I want to go there again!

    Do you have to go slow on the way up to avoid the bends or does that not apply here ?

    • @DisciplesHyper
      @DisciplesHyper 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am no expert but to my small amount of research on youtube. Yes you ha e to go up slowly to avoid a black out. I hope this helps. I free dive at springs in Florida but I can't go more than about 25 feet down.

      No bends only applies when you breathe compressed air at depth. She can come up as fast as she likes

    No tienes que descompresiónar con la mano hazlo solo con la boca apretando como si fuera a pujar cuando vallas al baño es mejor por que consume menos oxígeno y no mueva tanto las partes del cuerpo (entrénalo en seco fuera del agua pregúntaselo a un pescador viejo suerte 👍
