Ingredients:-
1 cup onion (100 g )
3 tomato ( 200 g )
12 cashews
6-7 green chilli
⅓ cup oil
¼ cup butter
2 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 cup fine chopped onion ( 100 g )
1 tbsp ginger chopped
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 cup tomato chopped ( 150 g )
¼ cup capsicum
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp kashmiri mirch
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
400 g cheese ( 350 g into cubes+ 50 g grated )
2 pinch turmeric + 2 pinch salt
+2 pinch chilli powder + 2 green chilli+ 1 tsp chopped ginger
¼ cup fresh cream
