What a cool Jeep! Fred, my wife and I would love to buy you a Colorado Craft Beer or Coffee the next time you are passing through Grand Junction, CO. I have loved your work from Petersons to now. We only carry coffee that is roasted from different coffee companies in Colorado as well as beers that are brewed in the state. We have a 1948 CJ2A as we as a 23' Gladiator. Cheers and we would love to see you!
Love those World Tops. Makes you wonder why Jeep didn't just use the World doors in the US since they would work with the squared off soft tops openings rather than redesign the door and top. I've seen a few converted CJ10a's and they always look really cool.
Looking forward to the series, Fred! Sounds like a worthy build. I'm assuming you'll be fab-ing a new frame? You're going to need some room for the bed.
This is Tony Carvallo - Fred's buddy. I replied to Fred's Craiglist AD for wrenching help (Looking for sucker to help wrench, will bring to Brewery).....LOL Just kidding!! I'll tell that story and many other Fred stories in the next episode :)
The Isuzu diesel in that tug only makes about 60 Hp. It redlines at 20 mph in its current form. It’s kinda 1/2 tranfsfercase I’d bolted in low and has no front output. Good luck plating it the vin is not for a road vehical
Oh that funny, I know where two of these CJ10's are in California's central valley. I'm trying to get one. You might not be able to register it in California, the state has been cracking done on military Surplus vehicles. I have a friend that bought a surplus Humvee and he couldn't register it in California despite the fact he bought it from the Barstow Gov planet auction.
love these videos. Youve been around long enough that your story's are worth listening to.
Welcome back
That was a long drive. Good luck. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
this series is gonna be great!
I can’t wait to see the result
I hope to get one of those sweet hats someday! Fun video!
Currently building a 10a too! Super excited to see what you do!
Cool project
Looking forward to the build! I've never seen a CJ 10! Pretty cool!
What a cool build. Looking forward to the results/ videos.
Hello from Australia, we have a couple of CJ10s at work we are doing up after years of neglect. Love the videos Fred!
Great to see new content!
Should have said something earlier about being at Jeep Invasion in Pigeon Forge, TN. We would have love to met you!

Another good one 👍👍
A J10! One of my bucket list Jeeps!
Derp. CJ10. J10 is a Kaiser-Jeep-AMC full-size. Commenting before coffee.
Bought a jeep from a big foot! That's a big ol feller
I can't WAIT to see this project, all done!!!
I’ve been looking for a clean one for YEARS!!! I want one so bad! Super jelly Fred!

We never used them to move planes, we were a B52 and KC135 base. We used them to move AGE equipment around.
Before you leave Michigan, y'all should test that thing out on the dunes.

want to see all the details of the SD33 motor
Fred! I know you’ve had your pink Yeti hat forever but where did it come from?
How did you and Tony first meet?

Giter doon🎉😂
Git ‘er dun 😉😂
CJ10 had the original “square” headlights, not the YJ!
Tony doesn't seem interested in the project.
I was thinking how I got suckered into another build and no brewery LOL
That is one ugly Jeep, but it will turn into a cool truck once it's done!
First lol.
