  • I love this Mongo tilt bucket! Where has it been for all of my adult excavator life!? lol. Join me today for some fresh air, and some deep woods scenery as I head back to that 5 acre project property with my bobcat e42 R2 series mini excavator and the Mongo tilt bucket. One of today's land improvement/land management missions is to fill in a borrow pit that I needed to install this 24" x 20' culvert, as there is now 2 feet of water sitting in the borrow pit. Additionally, I need to regrade the entire hillside and re cut a runoff ditch so that it does not flow on to the new road I made through the woods where the new culvert pipe is installed. So join me for some sun and fresh air and some nice time lapse video to some relaxing music to help you unwind from your stressful day. In case you are totally new to the channel here are a few links from this 5 acre project property:

Man, that looks great! You say that tree was a bear, but you made it look easy. Thanks so much for all your hard work on this - we love it. We're really looking forward to getting the rock on there and being able to camp on that upper level, plus having the original campsite in so much better shape.

Lot's of work doing and redoing, as long as you're having fun and enjoying what you're doing...stay safe, be careful, take it easy and keep dry and cool.

Well life is always a teacher on the big learning curve of things. Much of the time I set myself back but I do learn valuable lessons each time! Thanks

That's a sweet bucket, and helps save time on your finish work. Pretty soon you'll be as good as LetsDig on that thing

Good video 👍 was surprised you didn't use the pile of rocks that were lyin there in the bottom of that wet hole 🤔 good days work 👍

The pile of rocks was picked by them to stack on both ends of the culvert pipe. And without the thumb on I was able to easily salvage any more. But rest assured they have tons of rock there! lol. Have a great weekend

Sure did look like you could have got the Bobcat STUCK in that "borrow-pit filling"!! Good job figuring just where to stop!!

lol see! I am capable of learning! This place is so far in the stix that I took great care not to get stuck! I'f I'd have drove across that I'd have sunk 2 to 3 feet. So glad I don't push it so much all the time now!
