Great install video as usual. Not bad at all for peace of mind knowing you can shut it down if needed. It the evil side comes out when you loan someone your Ryker 😂😂😂😂😂
Beth, Thanks for that, It's a nice anti-theft device and I love that it's plug-and-play. And thanks for the link to the pin removal tool, at that price I've already got one on the way! It's blue, so it matches my new F3T... 😎
This is awesome. I'm glad I saw this video. On another note, I am looking to purchase a Ryker, and it will be my first one. Which one do you recommend for a first-timer on a Ryker?
I also recommend the 900. It is better to have the extra power and not need it, vs needing it and not having it. I definitely recommend taking the class to get you comfortable on it.
@@RykerRydes correct! Also there could be a high probability that they will have spyders there you can train on as well. When I started my 3 wheel journey. My class had rykers and spyders. So I leveled up to a Spyder because it fit my needs. But that ryker is hell of fun though!
Hmmm. Here is my scenario: You are on a trip and parked for the night. Before you shut off your ignition, you hit the button. Your Spyder shuts down then you turn off your ignition ... So, does the anti theft thing keep your fuel turned off with no power? Ned in SC
I'm the inventor of this product. The device automatically activates when the bike shuts off. You don't have to press the lock button for it to activate. The other nice feature is that if you are in traffic and someone forces you off your bike, or you're talking to some friends and someone gets on your bike while it is on, You can shut it down from over 170ft. A disk lock can be picked, Just like any other lock. Thieves can't easily access this device and a thief won't even know you have it. The bike cannot be hotwired. It is the most effective, and the first real anti-theft device on the market.
Sorry, there is no discount code for this. And YES, for this product, I will ship to Canada. Please email me your information so I can get a shipping cost for you. Beth@RykerRydes.com
I would think the main problem with an anti-theft device like that is the limited range of the remote, plus you have to be aware that it's being stolen. I've never put anti-theft devices on any of my bikes, other than a disc lock. But I'd opt for a hard-wired kill switch as my first option.
It's not a problem. Remember, the bike won't start at all once the bike is off. The only way to start the bike is if you have the key fob, so it's genius! If your bike is on and you get bikejacked in traffic or something, you can shut it off. It's nice knowing your bike can't be hotwired at all. @darrelle321able it would take multiple people to push over 500 lbs on a trailer. Remember, a thief's objective is to get an easy target quick and easy. The bike thieves are taking on a trailer are the 2 wheel bikes.
That's not true, I use a drop deck trailer to transport my bike, only takes a matter of seconds. I think the remote kill switch is a good idea if u can arm it without the bike being driven away, if they can start it, they can also remove the harness later, theives watch videos also.
Four guys stole my buddy's bike by throwing it in the back of a pickup. They would probably have a tougher time with a Ryker but sometimes it's the low tech thieves that you have to worry about.
@@sindeecharlton8857You can go to a hardware store and purchase a hitch lock so that your trailer will be locked to your hitch, making it tougher for thieves.
@@RykerRydes Good point. These won't know if you have it on your bike. Also, theives want an easy target. They're objectives is to get something easy to sell quick. No thief is going to hotwire a bike and then try to figure out why it won't start. They will move on to the next.

I think we've got a new music video in the works! lol
Wow thanks Beth that's just what we all need
Hmmmm nice thanks! I may just try this for my spyder rtl in the UK :)
I loved the video. Need to get one.
Thanks Cindy!
Hey I like that; I don't trust myself installing, so I'll have to pay a professional to install it👍🏾
I completely understand. It’s good to go with someone who you feel comfortable with.
Wow very cleaver Thank you
You are welcome! Thank you for watching!
I'll be purchasing
Pretty clever
luv it.👍🏿
Beth can you lock it before you park it? That way if someone does try to steal it's already locked, or does it reset once the bike it turned off?
Once the bike is turned off, it automatically locks.
Thank you

Just thought taking the keys out of the ignition switch stops the theft of my Spyder!!!
Unfortunately, thieves know how to roll these bikes away or hotwire them to get them to start without the key in the ignition.
I'll get one..😃

What windshield is that on your Ryker?
It’s from Show Chrome, but it doesn’t do too much. Wish it was bigger.

Sure, as long as they have the knowledge, the original part, all the tools needed, the key, and 30 minutes the bike is theirs😁
If someone really wants something, they’ll take it. What you try to do is make yours too much trouble so they go elsewhere and that’s what this does!
