    Love the fact that you show what washing out of jumps and the limitations on how hard you can carve with the board looks like.

    I went on my first day riding in 10 years on my new Goliath. Not so much of a question about the disaster but do you think the Goliath will be okay for learning butter tricks with? Also starting out in the park? Or do you think it would be wise to invest in a board list this too? Thanks!

    If I have this board, what would you recommend for something to add as a second board? I ride mainly Big Bear (park) so still want something on the park side but want something more versatile and aggressive. I was thinking Burton Free Thinker, DOA, Jones Mountain Twin, or Burton Blossom.

    If I am looking for something that can do butters very well, good for park, but can also hold its own with some stability landing jumps and at high speeds, what would you recommend? After watching this I think the disaster would be a little too soft for what I want. Maybe the plus? Or a huck knife, or DOA?

    What bindings and boot size did you ride with this board? I think my feet are too big for the non wide (10.5 size large bindings) but I weigh 130lbs so can’t get the full flex of a wide. Hoping I can maybe get away with it but probably not…

      I think some carbon to help with pop and I believe it is slightly softer than the disaster despite being labeled the other way around. I just got a 2022 disaster and love it, but for $50 extra I would have maybe ordered the Wallie if it was easier to find online in my size. ZERO complaints on the disaster, felt comfy enough to hit jumps and hop on rails 2nd day out after a 5+ year break.

    I feel like TBT is worse for butters than a regular nose and tail. If you lean into press too much it always wants to wash out. You need press in the center part of the nose or tail. When pressing on the sides it is very easy to wash out. If it is not good for butters why do we really need TBT then ?

    • @duraingriffin4054
      @duraingriffin4054 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I believe it’s personal preference. I can use the 3BT fine for butters and presses, just seems natural. I had initial wash out when adapting to the base but after a season it helped me excel. Then my buddy (rides flat) hopped on mine and dislocated his arm almost instantly lol. So personal preference for sure
