it all depends on how much you ues it i haven't pushed the bike to its limits yet there for i don't know how many miles it can go it also depends on which level of pedal asist your on

sounds like to me that u you need to take it into where you got it you need to have a special software put on the bike to use the app as for the battery you might have a issue with it i would have it checked out
