Is it just me or have we not seen any new Genus content for around a year? Miss you guys! Hope to see you brewing more beers on TH-cam soon! You guys were my education in 2020 during lock down...
On this batch where you have it split into two boil kettles, (granted you said hops arent too important) do you just dose the larger 50G kettle to your desired IBU for the total volume that will end in teh fermenter since your daisychaining the two kettles to end in the single fermenter? That way you dont have to worry about adding a precise amount of hops to the smaller Brewzilla?

We miss ya Peter 😢 hope all is well with you and genus and your family. Cheers.
Was thinking the same!! Hope y'all are well at Genus Brewing!!
Hope you guys come back soon!
Loved this!
Thanks!
Fun to see more from the brewhouse side. Quite the setup you guys have back there.
Stay fresh fellas!
We're basically just large-scale homebrewing with our current set up!
It's always great to have a sanitized camera! Love the 2BBL Frankensystem and appreciate the walkthrough. Cheers!
Cheers!
Do you have other videos brewing on your system? It looks like a solid mish mash of equipment. I'd like to see more of it in action.

When new video? 😉
Why overnight mash? Seriously curios.
Part of it is for saving time - but it also helps with efficiency
Perfect video 👌
Hi guys ! We miss your live podcasts!
Great video guys! I'm just curious has Tim moved on?
Hope you are just too busy to make new videos and nothing bad happened. Miss you guys!
Where are you guys !!!
46.6+46.6+3.6= 96.8 not 100 missing 3.2 percent of fermentables
The last 3.2% are the hairs from a real life Belgian Blonde...
There’s 2x 3.4% additions…
There's a biscuit addition that I think the editor forgot - link to the recipe is in the description if you need it!
I think the blonde hair makes more sense than biscuit malt. But if you insist.
hazmat approved!
Fuggies!
U dead bro?
