Watched your Reading covers from 5 years ago, I'm glad you're still going pal and rocking the jag, hopefully you've got the confidence to do this live because you should.
I love the way Kurt starts lithium by strumming the whole riff one time a bit faster than the speed of the song. He did it on paradiso too. Well, he did it a lot I'm sure, but I just like it when he plays it like that. Just one of many ways kurt would change it up live and keep things interesting. I could hear lithium a million more times and never get bored of it. long live Nirvana and RIP Kurt.
how do you have your studio preamp working without a power amp. is the what the mini combo is used for to power the amp for your 4x12 I guess what i am asking how do you have it hooked up . Awesome content
The Studio Preamp is connected to a 1x12 Kustom Quad DFX 65 Watt Combo Amp, everything is turned down on the Kustom so it only acts as the power amp and speaker cabinet for the Studio Preamp. Note: The Amp on top of the Studio Preamp has nothing to do with the Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp, it's only for the vocals. Hope this answers you question :)
The simple things always impress non guitarist. Like I shredded Eruption by EVH in front of my friends and family but they were more impressed with me playing the four simple chords of Smells like teen spirit
The fact alone that you play through that whole gig with an amp that should sound like ass makes it even more nirvana'esque . You have my respect :D
but hes playing through a mesa amp, isn't he?
@xonez1417 Yep.
It’s a Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp going into a kustom quad 65 dfx just as the speaker and poweramp cab.

Thank You! I have a Nirvana Tribute Band I am preparing for, so I am more than ready to do it live! Don't worry.

Is this Live Set at Del Mar in Standard Tuning ?
Almost, the tuning is standard but it’s tuning up a little rather than normal standard.
