    Hi. Great video and explanations. Thanks ! I have just purchased this Panthera C2. With the simple add on polarizer. And I just cannot figure out how to use it. I place the polarizer lens on top of the bottom light. It fits perfectly. But nothing happens. How does it work ? Many thanks for your help. Nicolas

    Can you combine more than 3 Phase Contrast objective lenses into the turret condenser ?
    By that I mean, I have seen 10x, 20x Phase Contrast objective lenses both using the Ph1 location on the turrent condenser. If so, what about using 5 Phase Contrast objectives ?

      Yes, there's even some microscopes that share the same phase stop for 4x-100x objectives. The Panthera E2/C2 has a Ph1 stop for the 4x, the 10x and 20x both use the Ph2 stop and the 100x has a Ph3 stop.

    Does the phase turret condenser have a diaphragm

      Hi Darryl. Yes, the turret condenser has a diaphragm and a lever to open and close it.
