Yes, all you need to spam Cart Cannon is High ASPD and no After Cast Delay. The rest of the build is up to the user. But for me seraphim is the best middle headgear when I made the video. Because most of Cart Cannon damage is from int (its better than str or even ATK). For cylinder idk if there's a new update about an upper headgear that boost Cart Cannon.
ImFast3r yes it is better if you can handle it with your hands But I think taking AGI on your status will be a waste, because you can store it to INT instead of AGI And if you managed to get aspd 193, do not use Eira. Because overed boost will change your 193 aspd back into 189. Dieter will be better because you don't need overed boost anymore and you can use its pyroclastic to increase your damage.
Woah... how much is the Seraphim set and Cylinder hairband? This 3 items should improve alot on damage! i don't have this 3 and i make less than 40k per canon...
sythelic Use Golden Fish in Mouth / Very Sweet Candy Bar to make more damage instead of Feather of Seraphim, it's cheaper tho :D The cylinder is 50 PODs and the coronet is the same I think, idk exactly hahaha
Seirei No, it does not necessarily help since you would have +10% var cast time unless you have var cast reduction somewhere else to cover it. I tried to have 130 int and 130 dex and it didn't help to have instant cast.

Paolo Kumara double white knight is recommended it has 15 ATK bonus not like abysmal

Seirei if you use seraphim coronet without feather of seraphim, your cart cannon will have variable cast time and it's so annoying
