I have been listening to you in the morning and the evening. I avoid negative music and thoughts. A days after I began to listen to you I lost my job. The refused to accept disappointment and depression. I have been diagnosed with depression and heard in your message that the dr told you that you were depressed and you start telling yourself how great you are so I gave it a try. Monday I was let go from my assignment and today Wednesday I have interviews for tomorrow. Being positive and believing in yourself is different for me but it feels amazing! And I thank you and I am looking forward to fulfilling my dreams and I and my children will have you in our daily routine! Thanks !

Dear Lisa, and hello to all, I am currently going to be 42 this year and starting very young, dealt with eating disorders. I tried to get help, but even hotlines were cruel. After the largest attempt of my life, I move away from where I lived to a not very well known town in MA where my Dad lived. Again, more therapy but no help. I finally said to myself #bol, if I'm getting over this and there's really only me and food, technically, that I'm fighting with. I said, no more. It's destroying my life, my happiness, my way of moving forward. This may have only been the tip of the iceberg, but I was ENOUGH. I worked, suffered and worked some more and no matter how much weight I've gained or lost since, I will never be a slave to eating disorders again. I did that. I survived that. And yes, I admit it, I'm over weight now. But I can eat, and not obsess. I know how to lose the weight. We all do. And I eventually will. I may never at 5'9" fit into a size 6 again, but I'm not jailed by food. And I had to do it on my own. After a lifetime. And everyday I'm grateful. So very grateful I had the strength to know I was more than my body. God Bless and thank you. With love, Tracee

I'm about to Graduate from College this December 2017, with my Associates Degree in Office Management/ Aministrative Assistant . And I'm really afraid of what's a head. I just wrote the prescription for getting out of depression to a friend of mine. 1) I am proud of you..........2) I forgive you for..........3) I commit to you that.......I will let you know if she follows it and how she is doing! I am a chiropractor and will be giving this prescription to my patients that suffer from depression. Thank you Lisa!!!!!

This video had me crying like a baby because you were speaking directly to my spirit. Almost 50, I have been through so much and not only do I bring me, a strong powerful woman, overcomer, & conqueror to every situation & circumstance, I also bring my God, which is the only reason why I am still standing. Yet, I lack faith that if I go to the edge and leap, my wings won’t work. I can fall multiple times but there is something about the edge, that giant leap of faith that paralyzed me even though I have numerous counts of evidence. I am confident. I am powerful. I am enough. This message helped me to be the first person to stand during introductions at a recent career conference in front of about 100 people. I was so nervous that I was shaking and my pulse was through the roof. Even after I passed the mic and sat I was shaking. I volunteered for a "shark tank" style meeting and that was also way out of my comfort zone. I had very little time to prepare but my main objective was just the experience. It was very empowering after the initial nerves. I approached high level executives with no fear or intimidation while in the general mixer. It helped to know, even though some others didnt, that I am enough. 😆😉
Lisa, I'm having a so hard time these days, these weeks. I started crying while listening to this video.. I feel ashamed and guilty that I am not confident right now.. but I always think that I didnt work hard enough, that I dont do things good enough, that's room for better, that I dont deserve the job I have, which is so good, that I cant handle it after having it..
I am so insecure and I always doubt what I do and what I know.. it's easier for me to have someone else taking the decisions..maybe because I awlays want to please everybody else.. this is how I think I dont make good choises and it's harder for me to take responsability for it afterwards..

This morning 9-18-18 I listened to this . And I know I was ment to listen to it this great morning . Because the night before I was second guessing my self , and I stopped . Took a deep breath . And did the thing I was second guessing .
And after that I said
“ wow ! Why was I even afraid to do that in the first place!”
So now I’m not afraid to trust my intuition and GO FOR IT!

I really needed this and I need to watch it every day because I am the first to admit that this is 110 per cent me. I second guess myself even when I know, I question it! Why?!' Because of past experiences, past peoples reactions, past failures. It leaves a mark like a stain on a white shirt, you try everything to take it away but the stain remains. Eventually I gotta throw that white shirt out and wear a new one! I am trying everyday to do that with my flaw of second guessing and I am so grateful that I found this video and received this message! Once again, you're absolutely right. I thought that each failure meant death. Perfection meant acceptance in my home growing up and I learned to just sit down if I couldn't get it right the first time. I'm free of that lie and redefining all that I am capable of being, doing, creating, possessing. Thank you for being so transparent and being fully yourself. I needed that example.
