Just checked out this park with my pup and as we walked the trails I thought “wow...this is a mountain bikers dream!” I used to be a courier in Austin but don’t have much experience MTBing. Exploring this park really made me want to try, and so did your video! Thanks for the upload and keep shredding!
That’s good to hear man. Glad this video got u stoked for MTB! There’s so many trails to explore here so I’ll def keep shredding. Thanks for the support! 😎🙌
Moving to the area from Michigan in the next few weeks. Looking forward to checking out this trail as well as others in SA! Thanks for the vid, i’m stoked!
Should've watched this before I rode OP today. At that trail sign at the beginning, I turned left instead of right. I still enjoyed that ride, but I didn't find this exact MTB trail like I wanted. LOL.
I know its near the monkey loops. I’m not sure the exact name of the trail as it’s been awhile. But if you explore the area near monkey loops I’m sure you will come across it. 😎🙌
Memories I rode that trail every otber day in the summer of 2012. Started at the via park and ride by joes volcano then go all the way to birds of prey and to 1604 trails. Awesome ride Close to 4 hrs bike ride
nicolas Diaz jr hell yeah. These trails are great. I start at the via station sometimes too . It’s right next to devils den and I love the new trails in that area 😎🤙
Your gear shifting is what's killing you.... It seems like you stayed in the same gear the entire time... Great video anyways.. I'm sure you're getting better with every ride... cheers.
You can give MTB project a try but the trails listed are probably the same as Trailforks. When I was new to OP I was lucky enough to meet other riders who were more familiar than I was and let me tag along . Hope this helps 😎🤟
Im a solo rider right now also cuz I dont know many ppl in the mountain biking community. HMU next time you go out for a ride, my names Eddie and I been riding for years. I just subbed yer channel so I can catch yer next video...
I was riding a diamondback Atroz 1 at the time of this video but I’ve been riding a polygon T8 for the past 8 months or so. I’m using Demon d3o knee pads and fox elbow sleeves. I have a review of my gear and both of my bikes on the channel if you want to check them out
Start at prue road trailhead. Once you've parked follow the pavement and you will see a big bridge that cars drive on. Go under that bridge off the paved road and follow the dirt/rock path. It should be to next to a neighborhood on your right
Jays Life def bro. I’m waiting for some of this Covid stuff to die down a bit more then I’ll be riding w more ppl. I’m also organizing a group ride so stay tuned!
Jays Life you’d probably have to order online. I was at ride away bikes the other day and it was slim pickings.. the quickest way would be to buy a used one locally on FB marketplace or OfferUp

We’re is that section located with two big rocks and the smooth downhill ?
It’s at Bamberger nature park right next to the parking lot
Is there a map available of all the mtb trails at OP? Trailforks dosent have them all listed.
