Framework for daily routine (5 slots)
    Slot 1) Sleeping for 8 hours (10pm to 6am)
Slot 2) Personal Growth for 4 hours (6am to 10am)
    Slot 3,4) Professional work for 8hours (10pm to 6pm)
Slot 5) Social life for 4 hours (6pm to 10pm)
Make sub slots in each slot.
    Be with circadian rhythm.

    1. Stop Daydreaming ( one has lesser time in hand than anticipated )
    2. Default Mode Network ( inside - daydreaming , outside - work )
    3. Making a Slot as a Routine fragmentation of the schedule
This puts the brain in the rhythm or the cycle

It's ok man. I was too. Maladaptive daydream is such an amazing experience but it takes a lot of time. Also it's actually not reality. You have to accept the reality. But mindful meditation changed me a lot. It worked. Mindfulness is like imagining you are in a semi dark room and there is a snake in that room. You can't even go into any thoughts cause you will be aware of what will happen. Doing mindfulness doesn't make you 100% avoid daydream and it helps to bring back to reality because you are aware that you are daydreaming. All you have to do is search for mindful meditation on TH-cam and once the video plays, you listen to the music and just observe and there will be people speaking and all you need to do is observe. Don't let the music trigger or make you go into a mind made imagination. Even it happens it's ok. 1st j struggled a lot but now I feel lot better. Practice mindfulness like walking you observe the traffic and people and your surroundings rather than walking in imagination. Like that. Aware of your surroundings is the key. Actually maladaptive daydreaming is equal to like gambling. So it's not that easy to leave. Try hard man, you can reduce it.

For the future topic - reducing thinking in a day. Is there any framework for limiting the number of thoughts per day? I have seen that when we get some real shock / hurt, mind stops thinking of the past, the future, it concentrates at the present moment. That’s the best time to create or build something new. I wish if we can get to that zone more in a day without being hurt psychologically. If any framework exists, we would be very interested to know. Thank you! 🙏

  • @shreerangahv2752
    @shreerangahv2752 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    • Attention expands time, while distraction constricts it.
    • Studies have shown that approximately 50% of time is consumed by daydreaming, which is a form of distraction.
    • To reduce daydreaming, it's important to be attentive.
    • Follow the framework below, which aligns with the circadian rhythm:
    1. 10pm-6am: Sleep
    2. 6am-10am: Personal growth activities such as exercise, bathing, journaling, and skill improvement
    3. 10am-2pm: Self-work
    4. 2pm-6pm: Teamwork
    5. 6pm-10pm: Social time
    • Divide each time frame into smaller blocks for individual tasks.
    • The more aware your brain is of time, the more time you'll have available to you.

namaste sir, I'm a student & I prefer to live a simple life although I can afford ultimately expensive cloths, devices, etc. but even after knowing this I try to wear simple eat simple specially not junk or fast food BUT then comes this society mindlessly falling into the the trap of market my family, riends, and also those who know I can easily purchase any brand's products across globe they don't just treat me like rubbish but also speak up on my face that what rubbish I'm wearing or using [for device or vehicle, etc.]
At least in this kind of situations I handel it like it doesn't matter BUT when it comes to public life where people don't know me they come treating me like nothing, cheap that sometimes create a question in my mind that AM I LIVING MY LIFE WRONG WAY with a philosophy of SAADA JIVAN, UCH VICHAR which is against the concurrent social ideas but saves me from running behind social media's or society's idea of life ?
