Fern - RBM here. Whats so amazing about that rink to me is I remember it being built! Played in there first year - You know that little outdoor rink on Cty Rd E and Snelling? Probably spent 10,000 hours skating there as a wee lad - lotta good hockey players from that small area north of St. Paul!
YES, YES, YES to “No Gluten, No Problem Pizza!” I have that cookbook and am gluten free (I have celiac). I can finally eat good pizza again! Our favorite crust is the Roman Cracker Crust. You guys, IT’S SOOOOO GOOD! Working with GF doughs is different than regular dough, but once you learn it, it’s easy. The authors have a TH-cam channel with several tutorials on the different doughs that’s really helpful when you’re just getting started. I have a pizza steel like in the book and love it. It makes a great crust! ❤️❤️🍕🍕
