- Will Aeternus EVER be VERIFIED? (Geometry Dash 2.2)
aeternus is riots final project (probably), which is an upcoming top 1 hardest level in geometry dash, but also aims to be an impossible gd level, similar to levels like tartarus and silent clubstep. todays video discusses if aeternus will ever be verified. aeternus verification will at the earliest be years away, and with its recent release onto the 2.2 servers, the open verification has begun. thanks for watching!

@@TTVhajuu both versions of sc have their difficulty carried by the predrop and the 60% dual ball, all things considered if unnerfed sc was verified today it’d be top 1 but not by an incredible amount (still a lot but not impossible to dethrone)

I think this level is very much possible and will be verified sooner than we expect
The amount of choke points and other extremely difficult sections make this multiple times more difficult then any list demon today. Not to mention, these are literal gods on these specific game modes.

The waves are actually the easiest part of the level, I heard it before, and after spending nearly 4000 attempts beating it in practice, I can conclude the wave are somewhat a break from the ship. (And this is coming from a ship carried player playing a ship carried top 15)

I think it would be like silent clubstep, where it gets nerfed slightly to make it seem more possible then get verified in the future.
Silent clubstep was not nerfed "slightly", it was nerfed into fuсking oblivion. If you're not convinced, play both versions extensively and you will be able to tell the INSANE difference.

I just hope this level brings back the excitement for a new top 1, especially with the open verification. I was never really around for that time, unfortunately (call me a newgen if you want), but it seems like a sensation one can only experience
They verified Tidal Wave, Avernus, Acheron, Silent Clubstep, Slaughterhouse, Bloodbath, and the list goes on. Everybody always thought that those levels were impossible and they were beaten.
Gotta love how we went from nerfing extremes to buffing them so much that they become miserable to play.

One thing you forgot to mention is that a TH-camr by the name of Calegar has already done every ship part in Aeternus. For a level of this magnitude progress has already been made, like mentioned Zoinks consistency at the waves.

someone is gonna verify that is underrated like how knobbel boy did with bloodlust
aeternus isnt impossible its just too hard for a top players standards today and the only way there could be a limit in a geometry dash would be a level with the lenght of like 30+ minutes with constant 4x 3x speed gameplay and 2 player being in most parts plus frame perfects every few frames at 240-360 fps. So basically what im trying to say is that the difficulty we have in levels right now isnt even close to what is humanly possible for the future.

3:10 as someone who started in 2.2 the new physics is all I know so it’s easy for me but I can get how it’s hard for other people who have played since previous updates. I’ve beaten demons with it (easy and medium demons do you expect anything else for someone who’s only played since the start of 2.2) and it was easy learning harder ship gameplay
I hope ryamu doesn’t nerf it, it should stay the way it is and the person to verify it will be the greatest geometry dash player of all time

Keep in mind this level is harder than levels like aquamarine, eternal night, azure flare, and possibly unnerfed silent clubstep. I don't think it will be done because its not made for 2.2 physics and 2.2 levels are going to be the new hardest levels instead.

I firmly believe that any top player could beat any level, no matter how difficult (unless it's obviously just physically impossible). Not only has it happened many times before with Silent Clubstep as you said and Sakupen Circles, but the skill limit keeps getting raised as time goes on, leading me to believe that we will always be able to beat new hardest levels, no matter the difficulty. By this logic, Aeternus will obviously be verified (I'd assume by at least 2026 to 2029 at the latest), and so will levels like Azure Flare, in which it's even more likely since Aeden has put half a decade into verifying it by now. Not just these things, but the Demonlist and top 1's are extremely popular, so people will always be trying to push the skill ceiling by beating and verifying the new hardest demons. This all leads me to believe that there will always be new hardest levels being verified until Geometry Dash dies as a whole.

i saw doggie playing it in practice mode, and it took him 2880 attempts, which is more than i took on slaughterhouse practice, bloodbath and a bit on acheron COMBINED. im pretty sure one part in the swingcopter was like 3 240fps frame perfects in a row and it took him like 20 minutes lol
waiting for riots real last level Pygor, which is harder than aeternus 3 times in a row and 4 minutes long

I beat silent clubstep in practice in 125 attempts and Acheron in 450 attempts but it took me 3992 attempts on Aeternus. The only level I’ve beaten in practice mode (while not botting a level) in more attempts is Element 111 Rg when my hardest was an easy demon on 60 hz mobile at school, with 4090 attempts in practice
I think the level being humanly possible is enough for it to have a chance to be verified on the near/far future
I think Chill Guy will verify it as he has made some insane progress on all different parts and he has 10% (Diamond has 11%)
I think nswish will come back and say "I verified aeternus lets go."
I would say the only other possible way to dethrone aeternus is by verifying sailent clubstar which has been done In 56 runs XD and it’s gonna be silent clubstep vs Acheron again XD
My guess was that if someone like one of the top 10 or 5 best players GRINDED this level without stopping it'll be beaten by like the start of 2026 but i doubt they'll be that into the level for that long with there current skill so probably not
